KFC Ferntree Gully

Always fast service and everything is always fresh. Never had old stale chips and staff are usually pretty nice too.

After losing my chickens from my house i chased them all over ferntree gully just to find that kfc had stole one of my chickens this was not fair i held a funeral for the chicken after kfc stole him.

Most slowly prepared food for customers. Bad management. Stay away. Otherwise u get cool food in here. Specially for delivery staff.

Having seriously stuffed up my order (drive through) for a birthday dinner last week, she ensured an entire replacement and apologised profusely for the error.

Katelyn, it was not your fault, you weren’t even there… but you made sure it was fixed and took responsibility.

Location is awesome near Dandenong ranges. Same KFC as anywhere else. Good seatings are provided. Fairly neat.

Hey my names skarlett I wanted to shout my husbond dinner because it's a special occasion but we were so sickend by your serves and the bugers were cold and I ordered 2 chips alone got one and they didn't have salt on them and the patho gravy was just gravy and it was really running the alone Positive thing was that it came on time and we well take our Money to Knox city KFC next time

Love KFC, though they will sometimes take up to 40 minutes for your order and they will forget the sauce unless you remind them.

Extremely slow and unprofessional. Making the people wait in the queue and taking ages just for a go bucket

Please stop severing half cold chips or under cook chips, please check your food before you served, I usually check my food before I leave but I was tried and forget today it not my job to make sure I am served hot chips and quality food

It is the worst customer service ever, counted 20 cars for the drive through order before my order was processed.
If the priority is for drive through, why border having instore customer service, and customer service at the front was so rude, missed order. If it is not 5 km lock down restriction, I will definitely not coming to this store. Normally I will not write this kind of review for the fast food restaurant, however it is not my first time for this kind of customer service in this KFC store already. Disappointed.

My first delivery order on the App. The order was missing my dipping sauce. Otherwise it was only slightly later and cooler then l expected. If we were not waiting at the door l may have had it go to another unit on the block. Overall it was Ok. The other concern was l recieved a docket that was not mine.

Bought some wings by Drive Through. When I open it the chicken isn't fresh, felt like it's from yesterday, not crunchy and need to chew like ummm 20pc of gum. Wicked Wings have some kind of hair which isn't its own. (I WANT TO ATTACH THE PHOTO BUT I CANT) Felt so uncomfortable, never coming back to this KFC @ Ferntree Gully store.

Extremely poor service! Don’t know what the staff there’s doing, game me the wrong food! Never go here again!

Horribly slow because they prioritised menulog orders over in store and app customers. App ordered from home, only started making order when I arrived and told me I had to wait because they were low on zinger burgers. Bunch of drivers picking up orders from menulog arrived and got zinger meals burgers put aside for them. This is not a fault of the staff, they were lovely and tried to make it better for everyone, this is a problem with management. Overall wait time for a basic meal. 50 minutes:

Ordered the $4.95 fill up box to try the Hot Rods + an extra serve of 2. Size was really small, shorter than the skewer and about the same size as a tender. Restaurant was quite clean with COVID check in signs on each table. Waited around 10 minutes in a quiet shop.

Ive gone to this place and ordered through menulog and twice now they have ruined my order, once i waited 2 hours for my food and recently they completely sent the wrong order but said it was delivered. Extremely disappointing

Food is good as kfc always is, the wait time is longer than usual and the place can be dirty at times, overall good

The last time I ordered 21 pieces original, there was 9 wings in the bucket. Took it back to them after talking to the line manager and she changed them to mixed parts. Ordered today and the same thing happen again. 1/3 of the 21 pieces was wings! Quality control is down the drain! Staff keep scratching their face and swiping their hair. They are clueless when it comes to service and not hygienic either. Perhaps it's time a health inspector checks on them.
