73Messd up order three times, had to keep telling them what I actually ordered. Complete incompetence is what gets served there.
Often they’ll get your order wrong if you have special requests eg. Special sauce in a burger, extra chicken salt or which pieces of chicken. Run by a very young staff crew. Lack of training probably.
Food is mostly good and warm!
They never made your order accordingly. Very unprofessional staff and service. Never leave without checking your order properly.
Make you wait 15 mins. Throw the food at you. Ask for a bucket and they give you a box of half the size of the bucket. Pathetic service. Rude staff. Hope there was an option to give less than a star.
WORST KFC BY FAR. Wait times are unreal and staff are rude and place is always a mess. Be aware menu log and uber eats are made to order first even though waiting in store for half an hour and unfortunately this is not the first occasion.
Went there near closing time for a quick meal before our flight and ordered wings and some burgers and after waiting for about half an hour they tell us they don’t have any more food and when we start telling the employee off she started laughing very rudely. Should be closed down.
Average and barely warm food. The whole place needs cleaning as there is a smell coming from somewhere. Toilets are also dirty
Has to be THE worst KFC experience. I ordered a meal which was given to me soggy and cold. I asked for it to be redone, and it was given to me after chucking the same chicken back into the fryer.
You don't just refry chicken with a bite taken out of it and tell the customer it's fresh. That's poor form and inexcusable.
Fantastic chicken and it’s halal if you eat halal food only. It’s generally very busy but still the service is pretty good.
Not somewhere I would go in a hurry and the toilets were disgusting but I am not blaming the staff but the public that frequent the place are pigs.
No stars! Hopless staff, fries were cold, chicken sizes so small! Left my food on counter told them to stick it! Overpriced too 2 pieces chicken small fries, small gravy $12.65
The burgers were not prepared properly. No salt in chips and they always forget to put the cutlery in the bag. Overall very bad service
