Worst experience ever. Worst customer service as well as worst food. I wish I could rate it less than zero.

Worst customer service, every time low on stock, bad hygiene/cleaning and worst KFC franchise all over Victoria

Make sure to double check while ordering from KFC Fawkner. One of my friends ordered a zinger stacker box and they served him something else which has bacon in it.

I heard people say this is the worst KFC in Melbourne.
After a couple visits there, I can now understand why.
Staff are unfriendly, rude and arrogant.
I will never go near it again

Ridiculous wait times in drive thru yesterday, almost 40 minutes! How understaffed could a store that's located on a busy main road be?

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Chips had no salt and the zinger burger had no coating on it (looked like a boiled tiny piece of chicken) and it also was dry. Avoid this place.

For the 1st time in 4 years and at least 150-200 zinger stackers i've had the honors to consume at KFC Fawkner.
Today, on this very day of October 10th 2019, i was Rewarded a crispy, spicy, fresh zinger which tasted like a zinger from Kfc. I would highly appreciate the efforts of the staff working around 8pm on oct 10/19. Thank you very much!

Customer service was ok, although the order was fresh and accurate on a busy weekend, so good job

Management needs to do something about the pile up of cars in the drive through. Especially when they are out of stock.

Had to drive 10 minutes to the store and the order was not ready on arrival. The staff seemed busy serving other customers in store ignoring my customer's order. I waited for 5 more minutes and there was still no sign of my customer's order being prepared.

It is unfortunate to know my customer is going to wait much longer as I had to cancel the delivery due to the poor service.

Absolutely pathetic food. Its the second time that I had cramps & upset stomach the whole night after eating KFC.the food and fries were cold, burger was soggy. They have introduced new burgers with bacon into their menu, so cant say if this ONLY certified KFC branch is worth eating form anymore. The place is utterly filthy and disgusting.

Worst experience everytime. Even today I had to order Family fiest. Which shows 10 piecea of chicken.they filled it with ALL BREAST PIECES.not even a single Drum stick or any other piece. And it was not hot either.

I am big kfc lover but after experiencing this location kfc just coz of very one halal options i prefer this kfc, but i was greatly disappointed with their food, the sitting area, the sitting area was full of mess, most of tabels were dirty with leftover foods, boxes and cold drink bottels, the floor was sticky, filthy. I even do'nt want to give them1 star. We order 2 zinger box and one tender box on top one seperate zinger burger. The three meal box have stale food, cold n no crispiness in chiken the icebug lettece in burger was pale yellow. All food was soggy, bun was mashy and old. Simply i do not recomend this kfc.

Worst KFC ever, staff is too rude. KFC headoffice should take an action soon before they loose total business.

This store is a disgrace, should have known from the mess outside the store seemed to match the cleanliness inside, every surface you look at is dirty and looks like it has all been wiped down with the same filthy rag including the self serve touch screens, all bins were full. Doesn't look like the floors have ever been mopped, the whole store needs a high pressure clean inside and out, good for the store that most business is drive through because if people ate in they wouldn't go back, its called junk food for a reason but this store takes it to a whole new level, would give 0 stars if I could, lift your game KFC.

Worst KFC in Victoria, run out of chicken 1.5h before closure, very slow service and very oil drenched chicken.

This is th le worst place ever.
Satff do not know anything about the POS machine.
Waited a while till the staff asked few other on how to make order. There was no manager to manage the team

I asked for a sandwich and I got another one.
8 asked for a coleslow and after i got the bag and left the shop i discovered that the coleslow is not in the bag.

Complete rip off.
Never eat there again

And oil on floor evry where
1st time and last time I eat from there
Shut shut shut

Went there for $8 meals.
Got wicked wings & original fried chicken.
Cant go wrong.

Who's managing this place?

I waited 30 minutes to pick up an order over a delivery service. When they finally acknowledged me, they told me to wait longer and the order wasn't ready.

There was only one staff member working FOH, she seemed so stressed she was quite literally throwing food into boxes. They staff were swearing and yelling throughout the entire wait.

I get paid to drive food, when you take 40 minutes to complete an order, that takes money out of my pocket too. Plus it like looks bad on the delivery services.

This store seriously needs to hire more staff and provide better training.
