Most of the staff who work here they don't even wear masks and who knows they might even throw their masks into the deep fryer.

They never get the orders right. It's better check your bags before you leave, because there must something missing 99% for sure!

The most filthiest kfc store I ever seen, the same staff that cleans the floor also prepares your food same time without washing hands.

It was waste of money. No taste at all and service is also bad. Food was not freshly cooked. So I will never go their again.

Pathetic customer service.

Under age, unprofessional saff using FU MF infront of customers, no supervisor to monitor them.blaming each other for packing wrong order.
Rude behaviour with delivery drivers.

Very poor quality. Dont know how ro manage a food outlet. Always short of some thing. Worst kfc ever. They are just takeing advantage of being a onlu halal kfc in area.

Food wasn't fresh and the whole restaurant was absolutely dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in hours I don't recommend to be honest

Service was terrible, 20 minutes to get some wings and chips, no apology or explanation. No staff wearing face masks and 90% of customers were maskless.

Ordered being outside KFC through mobile. When the order was ready 3 things were missing.
Ordered wings they gave us chicken pieces.
You have to go again and again to ask for things.straws, spoons etc. Frech fries were half fried. Only two order were in line, but still we got ours in 20min

Very limited parking spaces available and entry/exit points access difficult. Food has improved.

Do yourself a favor and go across the road, there're other burger stops that you'll find way better. KFC Fawkner, don't even bother.

Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. The manager was talking so rudly with everyone. Place was dirty and the best part was, a guy cleaning the floor also serving customer.

A good contender for the WORST KFC in the city. Cleanliness is definately not a priority. The floor is sliperry with grime. Gunk in the chairs. Truley not a place to visit.

What a worst service ever and food missing from the order. 1 hr delay in food. Dont waste your time and money

This would have to be the worst KFC in Australia. The management is completely incapable of running a restaurant let alone staff. The chips where soggy, the was no wicked wings (told after I ordered and paid), frozen drinks where defrosted and the store was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately this is always like this. When I pointed this out to the fake blonde manager, she was completely clueless on how to respond.

Chips were cold no salt on them asked for extra. Nuggets were soggy chicken burgers were dry nothing unusual very rare to get good food from there

You would think if you don't have bacon at your store, then you would give someone a heads up when they order something that includes bacon. Apparently not, worst BLT of my life

Worst KFC ever waited 45mins for my order then it gets cancelled as the worker leave, everyones order was cancelled not just mine people were waiting before me and didnt get their order, worst customer service wont be coming back.

Good food and even though all KFC stores are Halal it's the only one that is Halal certified. Friendly staff and most times very quick with drive through.

Very disappointed, would not expect it would be so difficult to read a receipt and but food in a bag. We ordered a large family meal, tenders, sauce and popcorn chicken they "forgot" everything except the family meal and when we recieved the bag the oil from the cold overcooked chicken had leaked through. When we contacted the staff they handled it terribly would not eat at this store again HOW CAN YOU GET KFC SO WRONG?
