Staff is not good and owner or manager should arrange new staff and make their food fresh.

I recently visited KFC and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The service was slow the food quality didn't meet expectations, and I encountered rudeness from the staff and i think KFC management should change the staff first bcz they are so rude.

This is the filthiest fast food store I have ever been in the floors are greasy, the toilets and the walls are disgusting. Poo on and in the toilets they need a deep clean and Cleaning staff to maintain it. Ridiculous I won’t be coming here again

I couldn't sleep because of the service i had today.
It's as if they hire this girl to provoke people here and fight with dissatisfied customers. They get the wrong order every time and when I complain, that girl comes and does something that drives the customer (me) crazy. This girl screams. Waves at people, looks at them sarcastically. Not one time, the girl is constantly sent to customers they don't like. I was a disgrace to my son, he said to me, " mom, I will never go anywhere with you again".

I advise the management to check the cameras what is going on. We came and paid for the meals and all of a sudden the staff said they already gave us the meal. I told them to check the cameras if we received the food but they were collectively came in the window for argument. We were treated like we are lying and wanted free food. Yet we paid the food.

Even weeks ago, we didn’t get the order we wanted but completely different orders. I thought they mistakenly served us the wrong order.

One thing is true. This KFC need new well trained people.

Would not recommend, very bad service and waiting 15 minutes in drive thru.bad attitude from the little blonde buck tooth girl behind the window and cold chicken, definitely Won't be Back for more.

The dirtiest KFC I have ever ate at. The Toiled sinks was blocked. The place looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Local health professionals should address the level of hygiene

Very dirty seats, tables, floor and washroom. Poor customer service. Food was ok, burgers were cold. Chicken pieces were hot, crispy and juicy.

Worst customer service ever. They didn’t put mashed potatotes in my gravy and they were so thoughtful that they didn’t give me spoon that day. Very disappointed!

The worst KFC to ever exist in the history of KFC.
Waited for almost an hour for our order, had to follow up 2x on our order. The chicken was over cooked, the fries were soggy and the restaurant was filthy! The was just no urgency for the staff, complaining that they hadn't gotten their breaks, not sure if there was any management on duty because if there was it was a poorly managed team.
KFC Fawkner close your doors before you kill someone with your awful customer service.

Slow and forgot half the order, didn't add the spoon or other extras normally added to enjoy the meal.

KFC it's KFC nothing can go wrong.except if the staff, mix up your order and instead of wings you getting drumsticks!

Order online and did the pick up. It took nearly 1 hour for the order to be ready that is after I have to chase up. Front counter staff was rude, not helpful completely lost … disappointed

By the way, this wasn’t the first bad experience. Last time we had to wait on the drive through because the staff taking the order was busy with her phone

Easily the worst KFC that I have been to in Melbourne. Underage and untrained staff, lots of confusion and caouse in the kitchen. The food was awful and the restaurant is filthy. Waste of money.

Worst kfc ever, they never had any stock for anything there is always something missing every day. They dont have wicked wings from 2 days and whenever u go there they'll tell u they are out of stock for most of the things i wonder how are they running this store total bizarre

Worst experience, worst customer service. I would give negitive if I could. Asked Zinger box, Wicked wings missing.not sure why you charge full when you dont deliver, second Ordered 6 pieces of chicken legs, they gave all wings, its is bloody ripoff, ordered large Zinger Crunch Bowl combo. Received Very small salad half the size, no mayo on a bed of dressed slaw, just 2 small pieces of chicken. Its a worst place you can visit. Dont waste your money. Please stop and check becuase they dont deliver for what you pay, worst customer service. Feel totally ripped off as this should have never got out the drive through window.

This location has extremely poor inventory management. Without fail, they are out of a key component from any given box or pack. Without fail, every single time. No issues with the food though.so far.

Halal food with self-assisting terminals. Food is great especially zinger box was full of variety. I must say the food is worth of money.

We've been loyal customers since KFC Fawkner opened.
The food has declined dramatically over the last 12 months.
Wrong orders and overcooked, nothing like the pictures.
We're moving on to another outlet and if that's no good we'll just move on.

Another drama started at KFC Fawkner that they start telling that they ran out of chicken. Seems like to want to close the shop at sharp 11: 00PM. Start shutting the equipment from 10: 00 on wards. As it’s same story everyday now. Completely unacceptable service as few customers drive more that 39km to just get the halal kfc food here.
