KFC Coburg

By far the worst KFC, EVER! I MEAN EVER cold, soggy, flavourless chips! Burgers were dry and cold, burnt chicken pieces, and bacon that looked like a piece of black rubber! Pick up your game! Absolutely disgusting, if I could give it a lower rating I would have! Never will return!

An absolute disgrace in wait time, only to have our order given to someone else.
If I was you, I would go elsewhere.

Every time I order a meal I need to wait in the parking bag. When I receive the order there is ALWAYS an item (s) missing. Extremely poor store management.

Worst service and food! My dad went to get the food was told 5mims wait ended up waiting 25 mins and came back with a bag full of oil and undercooked chips and they forgot our coleslaw!

Service is quick, however more teens in groups including workers smoking or talking loudly around the Resataurant

Slow service, tables not cleaned and rest room that was disgusting. I grew up in Coburg back in the early 80's, in the apartments just down the road, and used to save my pocket money so I could go to Kentucky Fried Chicken and buy a 2 piece pack on fridays. Very sad to see how badly the store, and Coburg in general has deteriorated.

Something is wrong with KFC here! The outer cover was soggy, hence, felt oily. Had a very bad experience.

Clean place and spacious but as usual customer service and freshness of food isn't that gud compare to other fast food chains

Wish i could score lower.this is worst place ever.unfortunately it's the closest takeaway to our house so we've been a few times. Don't think we've EVER been given the correct order so make sure you check what's in the bag.they've also recently started putting chips in little bags instead of the proper chip boxes to save money, you also get a lot less chips.horrible f**kers there.

No salt on chips
Bucket of nuggets instead of popcorn chicken
Service was slower than a snail
Mint choc crusher with no choc
Avoid, easily worst kfc ive ever been to

Go there heaps since, it's the closest KFC I would say a 1 in 5 chance the my order is missing something I suggest checking your food /order before you leave as you go through the drive through, the worst KFC I've been through

Seriously these staff aren’t that smart. Told to park in the front car park as there’s a 2 minute wait on my order and then when I waited about 10 mins before I drive through the drive thru again to be told they couldn’t find me. There’s only about 10 car parks there and was only about 5 cars in them. Seriously, working at kfc isn’t a hard job, hence why 15 year olds did it. I just don’t know how staff there manage to stuff up the simplest tasks.

Really rude staff. I had my change just thrown at me with the docket. Slow service. Really dirty and greasy place. They just seem really careless.

Edit: (Next visit) Asked for a zinger box. Waited for 10 minutes, I was told that they're out of wings and there will be a wait of 10 more minutes. This will be my last visit to this KFC.

Wanted golden chicken but got brown over cooked dry chicken, drumsticks wished I could add a photo.this continually happens, the lighting g isn’t corect, they can’t tell the difference between day or night, this affect the final result, dissapoined big time

Would give zero stars if I could. Everytime I go there they manage to get the order wrong, and take far longer than any other KFC I have been too. Staff just stand around doing nothing and ignore customers wanting to order, and a number of them make fuss when I order bacon the burger. The place looks disgusting as well.

As usual, the place is messy and service is often slow. On this occasion I was forced to endure the staff behind the counter arguing and swearing at each other. Just lovely.

Went to the drive through.
Their service was quick, the staff was nice and the food was good.

Although it was peak time, it didn’t take much long to wait.

When I wish there were a zero star option. Staff looked lazy and unmotivated as well as rude. Staff stumbled around and paced the shop aimlessly. The store was filled with rubbish all over the floor, with crumbs and grease to match. Starts at management level. No gravy, no potato and gravy, no golden gay time sauce for krushers and no juice or iced tea.

Didn't get what we ask for with the chicken very dry every piece of chicken it wasn't fresh just waisted 50.00 dollars not happy didn't enjoy

Standard KFC, not too much to say about the food or service. A bit difficult to get into without scraping your car, seems to cater more to the drive through crowd than the eat in crowd due to limited size inside, despite the size of the block.
