KFC Coburg

This KFC is completely a joke. Was working nearby and took KFC as launch few days, they had a bad service and always missing some food when drive through. I believe a lot of drivers will not check the food in the bag then drive away, that’s why and how they meant to do the awful things.

I appreciate the fast service. However the cleanliness of the tables could of been more appealing to the eye. However it does fall back on the employees. Care factor zero

Have heard bad things from others so went with low expectations when it was on the way home.
Was pleasantly surprised! A thoroughly respectable KFC, DK what all the negative hype is about.

I am regular customer of KFC. This was my worst experience
It had no taste, chicken was so soggy and old. It was totally wastage of money

I can’t believe KFC brand has gone that bad.still charging full price and chicken quality is so bad. Got my refund and off to Red Rooster.

Definitely the worst kfc I've had. Every time i come here my order is messed up whitch costs me money, twice in a row they didnt have gravey i dont understand how they dont have something so simple and accessible to them, the workers are immature without anyone leading them to set an example for standards, food and orders it seems like. I blame management the store has always been like this.
They also decided to put my sauce in the box underneath my chicken.

Ordered 2 zinger box and a twister. The receipt didn't print, twister was missing from the order and the burger was not the one from zingerbox. Very disappointing.

The burger i was after wasnt available seven days in a row. You advertise it why isnt it available? When it was avaliable i waited 20 minutes for it.unacceptable.

Lovely Staff at the front counter, The girl who served me was called Lily. Offered me different options and suggestions so that my order would be cheaper. Would be 5 Stars if the staff didn’t look so tired and overworked.

Drive thru staff very rude went at 6.30 pm no chicken 20 min wait only had 1 zinger burger available ordered this so dry and hard would not recommend this place to your worse enemy May be they should train there staff in customer service

Chips probably would have been bloody beautiful yesterday when they were cooked, but you'd have to confirm with the person that apparently ate half the box I was given.

Burger was cold and bun was also not toasted as well, felt like eating leftovers burger, unhygienic service, one of the staff was biting nails while holding burger on his hand

Make me wait ages for my menulog pickup.the customer ordered only one zinger box and i have to wait 45 mins to pick up the food…

Girl on hand out at 6: 30pm 11/11/21 was ridiculously rude for no good reason, basically threw my food at me. Hope the manager sees this:)

Id give them no stars if i could, I ordered a meal and when i took the wrapper off and went to take a bite chicken was rock hard and tasted off. I will never go there again. Just read the other reviews as the old saying goes shape up or ship out!

Pretty poor service. Waited half an hour for our order, while we watched other people get theirs in 5 minutes. Forgot serviettes/cutlery and the girl at the counter was rude to my partner when he had to go back and ask for them. I know the were busy but jeez.

I get it's a fast food chain restaurant at the end of the day and we can't expect much, but 15 minutes of waiting for a zinger while all the staff are just chatting away and as soon as I get the order, the crispy skin of the chicken is falling off, the order is cold and the chicken is completely dry.

Asked for a tenders box and got these instead. They are bigger than the tenders but they could of warned me that they are spicy. No salt on the chips and the customer service was shocking

Every time I've come here the staff always spend their time chatting and ignoring dine-in customers. Some of the stafff are nice but it doesn't make up for their horrible wait times. It completely wastes my work break so I won't be coming here anymore.

Rudest and slowest staff I have ever seen in a fast food place. You will absolutely waste your time by coming here. Avoid.
