This would have to be the worst KFC experience that I gave ever had. The chips were cold, as was the chicken in the burger, who h a as also dry and bread stale. Add a cold, oil logged, soggy bit of chicken and you get a meal that's inedible

It was hopeless. Had to wait 10 mins for fresh cooked chicken and ended up getting just chicken wings that weren't fresh. The chicken that came out fresh was only covered in a couple of patches of crispy skin. What happened there. You pay so much and get garbage. "Not happy Jan. "

Management here needs to change.
Never fresh, chips always 3/4 full, constantly making mistakes. And most (not all thankfully) of the staff have zero customer service skills, and are generally just rude. Stop hiring young, incompetent, rude and clearly apathetic staff. Been driving a little further for Thornbury and Carlton stores, as the staff are always friendly, hard-working, and the food is always fresh. Coburg could learn from these guys. Rant over.

Went to this KfC around 8pm-8: 30pm to order burger box meal but were told they don’t have any burger food available. Ordered wicked wings instead but got given chicken wings the size of my pinky! Very disappointing! Won’t be coming back here at all.

This has to be the worst kfc in town. There food is so inconsistent 1 out of 5 times there food will be fine, the other 4 times are terrible. The chips are the worst, most of the time they don't have any seasoning on them "5 secret herbs and spices" I'd be lucky to get 1 on average from this place. I've been meaning to leave a review many times before. This was the size of my "large" chips today.

Worst KFC in Melbourne. The staff at the drive through were rude. The chicken was disgraceful, it was obviously cooked in dirty oil and very salty. The chips looked like they were scraped off the floor. We ordered gravy and did not receive it but the packaging was covered in gravy and leaked through the bag. What a joke!

The second KFC in Australia I've been to that's run out of chicken, which in itself is truly special. Sure, ordering the food here is like rolling the dice, but that's the beauty of KFC. On one occasion at this store, I almost got into a fight with the husband of some pig broad who was abusing the staff behind the counter. Never a dull moment at Coburg KFC, and that's what life is all about. Just avoid the chicken nuggets like the plague. That much of anything for $10 is bound to end in nothing but pain and regret.

Went there today. Worst service from 2 staff members. Rude & abrupt. When i went through drive through, asked for a straw. Was told they 'had' straws, but it would cost an extra. 50c if i wanted a straw. Seriously?
Obviously KFC is cashing in on the pandemic. Is that even ethical?

(Hungry Jacks & McDonalds) still give them when buying a drink.

Definitely not going back to this store or even KFC in near future. Too many other food franchises out there. You've lost me as as a customer.

Well it's like this: it's an extremely busy and small store. My kids meals are perfectly not-too-hot and my Original Twister was delicious. I don't usually describe something that calls itself an Original Twister as "delicious. " But they have very young staff, some of whom are inexperienced in the job and trying to learn, and some of you need to understand what is going on beyond the yearnings of your own bellies and lay off! Seriously, I saw a truly monstrous woman giving it to the staff tonight in such a manner that I can't adequately describe due to Google's own terms of service rules. I've seen this in this store too many times. These staff are being paid stuff all for you to have your almost immediately available cheap chicken. Have some courtesy!

Come through drive Thur tonight they take there Order yes come pay window 5 mins later been told if you want your food you have come pay inside collect your food very rude stuff you have. Ask if I wanna donate some money what cold food you served as well what point having a drive thru if I can't pay and pick up for what I order in frist place you don't deserve any stars at all.
Way to early to packed up.

Bought some dinner here for myself tonight at around 5ish I got the ultimate box this was through Menulog. I’ve ordered here in the past and haven’t really had an issue however tonight I ordered cheese on my burger & happily paid extra for it, it wasn’t there. I politely call up the restaurant to bring it to their attention. The manager asked me if the rest of my order was okay, I mentioned that my food wasn’t really hot upon arrival. He then said to me that they were very busy tonight. OKAY but what’s the point in asking about the rest of my order if that’s your response. Clearly you they need more staff on weekends. I then said that wasn’t the reason for my call I was simply asking what I pay for. I was offered a $5 credit cheque for the next order I make which is decent. The manager needs to ensure staff pay closer attention to orders even if their under the pump & hire more staff for help. You have to spend money to make it.

Food is ok. It's fast food convenience so it satisfies the hunger. But I found the experience at this particular store to be quite cold. First interaction was at the drive through speaker and it was a blunt 'place your order' with a very bored uninterested tone. Anyway, next window was to receive my drink. Nothing warm about that interaction. Just gave me the can of Pepsi. The next one gave me the box I ordered. It was a third different person and again with very uninterested energy. Although it didn't really bother me that much but purely from a rating perspective, it wouldn't come across as a 5 star or even 4 star rating. I was initially thinking 3 star. Then realised no serviette pack was included in the box, as they normally would so I didn't have anything to clean my hands after eating. I downgraded my initial 3 star to a 2 star. Not a total disaster but it was close to being one. There seems to be cultural workplace issues at this particular store. Perhaps some sort of boost of morale for the staff members or treating them better? Or perhaps better recruitment?

Drive through microphone machine wasn't clear where it was, no drive in menu, when I reached the window after a 20 minute wait, they couldn't do my order so I would have to wait another 20 minutes in line to re-do my order. Other KFC's can do the order in the window, why can they not?

Worst quality of food and worst customer service. It is running by kids who are not doing their job simply. Almost every time we visit they told us they run out of chicken. What’s the point of opening if everything is running out? Seen other people were told there is nothing left for what they ordered as well. How disappointed for all the customers? But If you insist and happy to wait for 20 mins, they have the food.zero percent of FAST food it is. The quality of food was horrible as well. The chicken coating was wrong and they don’t admit. They person in the counter treated us in very disrespectful way, said horrible words to us when we complain about the food.terrible experience. I hope someone can make a change of this store they are simply not a KFC experience but used KFC name. Horrible.

Ordered at drive through, asked me to wait. After 20 mins waiting outside, I went in and found out they have completely forgot my order. No apologises, not even a single sorry.

The taste of KFCs vary quite a bit across Victoria. Have tried from 11 different locations and their marination still are the best.

Definitely the worst kfc I've had. Every time i come here my order is messed up whitch costs me money, twice in a row they didnt have gravey i dont understand how they dont have something so simple and accessible to them, the workers are immature without anyone leading them to set an example for standards, food and orders it seems like. I blame management the store has always been like this.
