They never give me my supercharge sauce I’m a fiend for that sauce and pay extra but the bared me foreal and put a cap on my seasoning so now we beefin no chicken straight sauce

KFC, always get good results from this KFC, I don't get the sense they give out old food here like I've had elsewhere

Was given a regular chips but it was only half full. Was a mess! Hot and crispy was tiny as well. Really disappointed

Service was awful. They tried to pass off a small white paper bag (the size of a McDonalds small chips) as a regular chips. This is ONLY fir tge Coburg and Fawkner stores.

On previous occasions the chicken was either cold, dry or still have feathers attached.

If you want a better service and exactly what you order as almost other KFC stores and fresh.go else where.

The best KFC in victoria hands down food is fresh, service is efficient, atmosphere is buzzing.too good

The worst place.staff need know how to talk to customers, so rude and bad words be use to customers even kids around. Not all the staff bad just 1 or 2 staff.

It's not bad at times. You need to check your order before leaving. Got raw zinger fillets once

Tables were not clean. The self-service order screens weren't working - all 3 of them - and the staff knew this because after they watched me attempt to use all 3 machines, i told them they didnt work and they said they knew.

Girl with Short black hair and a fringe is practically running the place. Every time I com here she's doing everything, definitely the only one who packs food with care and wears a mask properly

Poor service by one even though her co worker tried to help her food average at best shame is that it’s better than the one closer to my home

We went there around 10.40 this morning, the girl that served us was extremely rude before we even got to place the order. Very poor service and our food was just balled up and thrown in the bag causing the burger to just go everywhere. I understand if they were quite busy or we were being rude but we were the only customers there and we were yelled at over the speaker before we could even say anything. Just absolutely nasty way to behave towards other people.

0 stars - Saying this is the worst KFC I have been to would be an understatement. Slowest fast food you can get. Not sure what the time is being used for, certainly not cooking fresh chicken as most pieces taste like they're hours old.

Don't bother ordering online, your orders will either be cancelled after waiting long after its expected arrival or it will be missing items. Ordering an upsized meal is basically a joke, you'll get a half filled large chips and most likely a can instead of a bottle.

I can't remember the last time an order from here was even close to the standard of other stores, it's disgraceful. Someone needs to actually do something about this instead of the automated response and disregard shown here.

This is the worst kfc in Melbourne. I gave it a second chance after four years and it hasn't got any better. Bad service, bad food and the order was wrong both times even when ordering a standard meal combo and changing only one thing.

Only went here as we were starving on our way to the Drive in Cinema and Hungry Jack's was closed. I hate KFC as our locals are all rubbish but "STARVING" lol.
I actually was impressed with this store! I'd definitely give KFC another chance now (JUST NOT THE MELTON STORES). Was good

How can there be a 10 m wait on chicken and no gravy left at 730 (dinner time)

I’m always reminded why I don’t eat kfc anymore when going to order.

Very busy store. Staff are nice and friendly. Dining area very small only very limited area, could be a problem if decide yo eat in.

Ordered a 3 piece original box and received this pathetic portion. Looks more like leftovers. Frankly disgusting.
Chicken was dry and overcooked chips were soggy and tasted stale.

These guys don’t even deserve a single star. If possible I would have gave them 0 stars. Their customer service is pathetic. Every time i had to wait like 25 mins minimum to get the food. Nobody seems to care about the customers.

-5 stars if possible. Customer service useless, took 20+ minutes for a burger & chips to come out after being told “a couple more minutes” repeatedly. Counted 14 cars to go through drive through after I ordered
