Customer service super unfriendly in store.think twice if u wann go there. Only if you wanna get treated rude, then go. Such a shame. People shouldn’t even work in customer service jobs if they don’t wanna work t all.: (

Very long wait time, every meal was followed by a “sorry for the wait “ which was annoying and it didn’t feel like it came from the heart

The staff was super friendly, but we had to wait for over half an hour to get our order! #notsofastfood

Worst place to do Deliveroo here. It’s been an hour and half since we ordered take out and still nothing. This is second time order same results. It’s not even peak hour now

Staff were nice, food was typical but the dining room was horrendously messy at it was only 11.30 in the morning.

Typical KFC taste - yummy! Service has gotten worse unfortunately - no spoons, trays when serving food, toilet is filthy (have always been) and out of soap. Staff really couldn't care less.

A finger lickin' delicious experience when you come at a decent time and order regular items. An absolute horrendous experience when you visit late.

Don't like to be told I was wrong when I place an order that something was missing I don't make that mistake but every time I go here the same mistakes are made that I can prove lift your game! Or lose customers and clean the dam place it's always filthy!

Staff are so slow, food was cold and the order was incomplete, making me have to drive back to collect the missing items. Again waiting for the slow staff to fix the error that they made. I have never seen such slow service from a fast food restaurant

My last visit to this KFC outlet was the best by far in a long time. I'm glad to see that the food quality and presentation has improved, good job. And now comes the hard part.maintaining this standard of service! Good luck

The wrap was horrible. Cold and old. The chicken in the wrap was literally just a slither. Was drenched in honey mustard.

Good but closes early and near to 8-9pm some products adv are not available and replacement with other things are not allowed.

This could be the worst KFC I've ever been to. The service was terrible and their staff clearly did not know what was included in a meal. I give it two stars because this store made me quit eating KFC. I think I am obligated to thank them.

I've always liked KFC popcorn and chicken bucket. They serve hot and fresh food. I always had a good experience at this store.

Five minute wait in the drive through so you can forget one of our wraps? We only ordered two wraps, how did you forget one? Seriously?

I have been going to this store since it’s nearest to me, but they always seem to have some problems. This time, no sauce on my burger and was charged extra for a zinger burger option in my burger box. The person taking the order did not inform me of the extra charge which they should/must let the customers know when placing an order in drive-thru. Also the customer service was terrible!

To many times missing things with my order and the the hot and spicey chicken was the last straw when I ordered a family feast hot and spicey and received original chicken instead very disappointed with the service and they don't give you what you ask for

Always been a disappointment since 2012, keep on changing staff who got no idea what to do. Most of the time you will get some unpicked ordered items. Either cold, too much salt, tiny wicked wings etc. Yesterday got extremely soggy uncooked chips which make my son vomit this morning and I can see all the chips came out. So as of today I have made a pact to my self to never enter there.

Chicken was very much soggyy anf felt like eating a coat of oil rsther than a crispy fried chicken. Never again!

Waited 40 mins from ordering for extremely oily chicken. Was told 15 mnte wait after 5 mns. They then served all the drive thru, and i had to wait for next lot. No appology nothing. Just had to loose it at 40 mins to get food.
