Soggy cold chips, despite the fact that we saw fresh chips bring tipped out of fryer basket.
Cold soggy chicken.
Lazy service.
No serviettes.

Normally goes to this KFC due to fresh chips. Second time I've been served by Alyssa in drive through and she's extremely rude. I asked her to wait 2 minutes as I called my partner to ask what he wanted.
There was no other car behind me. After 90 seconds (since I was talking to my partner I know how "long" it took) she asked if I was ready to order or if I could come in to order by the counter. So I couldn't even take 2 minutes to think/call my partner of what I wanted.
Almost worth going to a different KFC and put up with soggy chips instead of putting up with this rudeness.

Absolutely atrocious service. Waited over half an hour in line, if you can't handle a grand total of five customers on time, then don't call yourself a FAST food restaurant. Never experienced this before and don't ever intend to again. Recommend all others avoid this place as they clearly have zero respect for their customers or our time.

Worst KFC around. Instead of standing around and doing nothing and giggling into the drive through speaker, why don't one of you go clean the drive through.

Absolutely filthy. I'm not sure how the staff can even work in a kitchen that looks like this, let alone legally sell food from it. Disgusting. The restaurant area wasn't much better. Overflowing bins, food scraps and rubbish all over the tables and floor. KFC should be ashamed.

Often items are missing in bundle. There is a rush to serve food, without appropriate time spent on checking whether they are serving the customer the right order.

Iv worked at kfc before (not this one) and this is the most revolting kfc they don't clean their outside bin don't keep back where the workers clean doesn’t seem like they wash much restaurant was dirty foods average but i worry with how dirty everything was maneger didn’t seem like he knew much and i know if some one higher up went to the store the music they were playing would get them in trouble

The food here is good. As an ex worker wouldn't recommend working here. Staff is useless and the store owes me up to $1500 and are ignoring me and not contacting me about it. Store went under new ownership and the new managers don't care about you at all and are really rude. The managers swore and abused my co-workers and are really cocky. If your eating here the store is good but if planning on working would say to find another workplace to work at. I would appreciate if the store can contact me to sort out my issue.

Worst food ever I had taste I have tried few time whenever u go for drive thru they always serve cold food, really guys someone spending a money to get a nice food not like bloody tasteless or cold food bad service bad food ️

The store does get busy at times. Usually the peaks dinner times so go a little early. Staff are about 8 to 9 out of 10 Accurate when under pressure. I'm happy to go back as quality is spot on.

Fast service. Nice chicken although its much better if its more crispier. Otherwise the shop is clean and neat. The toilet is good and clean.

This place must be the worst KFC in country.

Honestly, the standards are embarrassing. The music blaring like it’s a construction site. Junk everywhere, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day it opened and the staff look more confused than I can describe without photos.

If you’re the franchisee for this store, not only should you be embarrassed but you should absolutely be held to account by Yum!

I have heard the head manager at this store cuss and bully his employees no wonder why all the workers seem so upset I wouldn't want to work here at all

Been here the last few times to pick food up for someone. Got there early around 10.30,11 and everything was fresh! Very happy with service also.

First time chips no salt.
Second time chips were stale with almost no salt (had asked for extra salt)

On my lunch break. Jessi a manager doing an excellent jobs, putting all his effort to make a costumer happy. I try to use an KFC app but look like an app not working properly, n Jessi solve my order, he is so friendly, all the best, I'm hoping all other KFC manager him,

After long waiting we have received our order but none of them good in taste and quality as everything was too salty, and bit of bad smell come out of from the chicken and in addition staff also not friendly in treating customers, finally I feel like wasted around $32 and this was happened in Clayton KFC branch, never experienced in other KFC branches before.

Bought the popcorn, container JUST half full nothing like the pic on display. They should change the pic to half a container or halve the size of the container and fill it up. Very poor

If I could give 0 stars I would. The chicken taste the same as a little girl would be seasoning, cooking and serving the chicken!

Ordered a bucket of 20 chickens, only got 17.some pieces were so small that you cannot consider them as one.

Maybe the staff there dont know how to count
