AVOID THIS KFC

I've been visiting this KFC for quite a few years as it's the only store close to my workplace. I can honestly say they are simply hopeless at getting your order right and making sure it's accurate.

I'd say more than 80% of the time they miss something in the order (a burger, sauce, cutlery) and could care less about any variations you request (extra salt, no mayo etc). Time and time again they manage to get something wrong - if it's not accuracy it's quality of food or speed of service!

If you do visit this KFC store remember to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER at the Drive Thru window or in store before you leave! No doubt they will have screwed up in some way.

Go to KFC Glen Waverley on Springvale Rd if you want decent service.

Purchased two zinger Boxes. Chickens was not cooked properly. Except fries, chicken, and chicken popcorn (add-on) were cold.

When you serve please serve with care and professionalism. Your poor cooking can upset someone's appetite!

Love the KFC when the staff provides freshly cooked chips and the chicken pieces. Yummy! This KFC has been here for years, since I just moved from the Hostel to Clayton South area.
This KFC deserves a bit more support from the locals. I'm no longer the local boy here but love to support this KFC store because this KFC have been standing here as long as I have been in Australia, and every time I'm here, the food are always fresh and nicer than other KFC places.

Came to this KFC after my surgery and the quality of food and service was disappointing. I wanted a double tender and I had a free chips and drink voucher i also had a large chips for $2. Instead I got charged for a Double tender burger 2 regular chips and 2 cans as well as the large chips. I didn't even get the large chips that I ordered and got charged for.

I was also really disappointed in the food. The chips were so dry and must of been sitting there for a while and there was no salt on the chips. As well as the terrible chips the tenders in the double tender burger were extremely dry and were probably made the in the morning then served to me at 7: 30pm.

If you want terrible food and to be scammed come here!

Honestly terrible compared to other KFC stores. Very rude attitude, doesn’t add extra salt upon request, no napkin/cutlery packs on takeaway and misses out on including multiple items on my order for multiple times. Please visit another KFC!

I would like to thank Mia for her lovely service! Very polite and care giving person. I would highly recommend KFC to take good care of Mia and promote to a higher position as she has the right skill set for a managerial position. Keep up the great work

Great staff! They helped me with the kfc deal when another kfc lied to me about the deal being fake. The staff were friendly and prompt. Food is obviously finger lickin’ good:) thanks for a great experience!

Staff either not wear mask properly or not wear them at all in kitchen, always something missing or wrong within the order and wait forever for your meal to be ready. These staff here have no willingness to work, shameful management!

Order was taken and while talking to me she ran in to the kitchen, came back and did not realise my order was not put through. Complained to the manager who did apologise but came up with the excuse that those serving were all trainees. So there. It was a case of what else do you expect me to do. Cctv footage should be available

Food was relatively fast and tasty.
Pita bread was stale as all hell though and could have fooled someone for being toasted.

You give every business the benefit of doubt but when it becomes an occurring situation over and over then there is something wrong and i also believe area has alot to do with the poor quality the the staff deliver, I strongly suggest people stay away from KFC Sandown and KFC Clayton, The food is either soggy or cold. If you want excellent KFC, Go to the Oakliegh store food is always consistant and quality is very good. The owners of Clayton should concentrate in fixing up the quality of food issue and perhaps re train staff that care for their job and the customers so people like me and others don't give bad reviews. If one business gets too many bad reviews then you will also lose clients as well and the only thing that keeps your business running is the clients.

Went there several times before and was decent with taking orders. But as of today, ordered online where there is a written statement that online orders get fastest pick-up. Counter asks and I said my number, kept waiting until everyone left taking there new orders infront of me and suddenly she asks again! Wow, this was certainly an act of negligence and of service. Hope not to go in this outlet anymore.

I bought a bring back dinner pack, the chicken was very dry, hard and small (I don’t know how long they have been sitting in the warmer) very disappointed, will not come back again.

I love this place they make the best spicy fried chicken When I said Spicie, its Species if you love spicies go there, And Bonne Apetit.

Customer service could not get worse. Ordered the 2$ slider online checked in and the order was not ready when I reached the store 20 mins later. The staff paid 0 attention after showing order number and kept serving the drive thru and delivery drivers. Finally 40 mins after making the order I get the supposedly hard to make "slider"

Pathetic service.they have put in some burnt wicked wings in my zinger box.only realised when i got home.should be ashamed of your selves.

Almost everytime they get my order wrong, I have to either check myself or ask if everything is in the bag. Last week Saturday I've ordered the cheap as chips meal and I received only 5 pieces of chicken instead of 8 and they were all wings and legs, chips have no flavour at all. I wasn't going to write anything negative about this place but after my last order I'm very disappointed

Yeah not bad of a KFC if I say so myself, and the staff there is pretty nice (totally not because like some friends work there). Maybe 1 star less, as during these times of covid it doesn't have those spit protections thingy, like maccas and hungry jacks that I go. But overall pretty nice. Check it out, I guess.

I ordered wicked wings but got something different. It was so spicy and tasteless. I paid too much for the food and delivery fee then got something like this. So disappointed.
