Worst drive thru experience ever. Missed half of the order and what we did get was ridiculous. A double zinger box and we only got a single. A bacon and cheese with no lettuce? Missing chips and burgers but don’t worry they assured us “everything was in the box” yeh right

Food is a bit hit and miss. Generally don't have something on the menu available. Staff a little unprofessional using personal phones and not great manors. It is a young staffing team though. Also don't seem very good at taking dietry requests outside the menu, as these seemed to be lost in translation on receipt of food.

Bought 3 different meals and all 3 were terrible! Zinger pack had only one and a half chicken strips instead of 2. Chips cold and soggy and pack half empty! Chicken in both other meals dry and tough! Horrible waste of money! Will not return! Management seriously need to wake up

Very slow service during evening hours.
They told me to wait 40 min several times.
Even Uber persons have to wait so long.
Very disappointing

Overall food quality is good, taste not so much. Service is good but can be a bit faster. Clean place and helpful staff.

Used the drive through for lunch today. Spent over $100. Missing burger, chips cold and dry, tenders soggy and no dinner rolls available. Worst KFC I’ve ever had.

Registers down on drive through and need to come in store? What a joke are you guys for real?

The worst KFC I have ever been, with rude workers as an additional insult.

Worst KFC I’ve been to. Never coming back. Always missing pieces and the original boxes always have more wings than anything else. Chicken cooked terribly- whoever owns this store needs to investigate because your managers are not helpful and the standards keep getting worse.

Had to wait 20 minutes for chicken! This always happens at this store so I won't be back

Drive through at 9.30pm to order a bucket of chicken to be told "kitchen is closed and we are not cooking anymore regular chicken, what else do ya want? ". And yes it was those words unfortunately
No apologies, then had to wait in the drive through line for 25 minutes, as they didnt ask the cars in front to go to a waiting bay, just got them to wait at the window for their orders.
2 cars behind me also drove straight out with no orders.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

The most arrogant staff members you will ever come across. Filthy grotty uniforms that look like they have never been washed.
And this place ALWAYS runs out of chicken.
I wonder if the owner knows how much business they are losing

Yound Male emplyee working 18/12/2022 at 2.20pm Brown curly hair. Does not greet customer at all and does not monitor register as i was waiting for 2 minutes with no attendance.does not even say one word just says 'eh' proceeds to give food which only half filled the box. Very poor attitude of employees.

It opens at 10am, and I’m here at 10: 30 waiting another 20 mins for chicken. Just hungry and need food lol SHOULDNT be waiting this long due to staff not preparing food earlier, all the staff look tired af as they all look like they just woke up, nothing is preparing shocking from a kfc

Poor/rude customer service. Waited over 30mins and every other order given out before mine even though they came in after me. And staff joked about leaving my order to last.

Preorder on the app. 10 min at Drive through. Get told at drive through to wait in lot. Wait 25min. Go in to store. Ignored for 10 more min. While in store food arrives at car. Get home and fillets are small. If we ordered something wierd sure i would understand but we ordered straight from the menu. A fillet box and 10 wicked wings. Watched a stream of cars being served ahead of us for 25 minutes, cars and orders that came after us. Definitly a mistake to think KFC would be a good way to skip cooking on a friday night. And definitly will be deleting the app, no more prepaying when it would be quicker, cheaper and tastier to get Aldi crumbed chicken and airfry.

I would give 0 stars if i could the food is so bad that it made me throw up after 10mins of eating then they take 20mins making the order

Unfortunately customer service isn't as good here as it is at other KFC stores. This has occurred on more than one occasion. Upon enquiring about this it was the manager who actually served me. It was worth driving an extra 2 kms to the Springvale store.

Extremely slow service, customers who ordered after me were told that they will wait over 30 minutes for their order. Fridge was not restocked with drinks, and the drive through was so piled up that there was a traffic jam caused on the main road.

Waited more than 1 hour and got soggy chips no salt chicken also not good, everytile they dont have any chicken in stock so they make wait for cooked chicken also they dont have any potato gravy always l, no wicked wings. If you doesnt to provide to customer why you take orders just close the restaurant why wasting time and money of people l.
