Very bad customer service. All they know is talking and talking even there is a queue of customer. I would prefer 0 star if it was possible. I asked for free chips and drink after doing the survey and they rudely denied by saying it must be in the same order. What does it mean?
Often busy at uni times.and you can park in coles parking right next to it. Avoid peak times like 2 PM and 6 pm
I honestly don't know how KFC hasn't mystery shopper here and closed it down. Uneducated staff, uncleaned sitting area, inappropriate music playing with swearing and racist slurs. Third time I've been here at various hours of the day and it's the same thing. Never fresh and have to repeat yourself when your ask for fresh as they don't seem to know what it is.
I’ve ordered multiple times from here on Deliveroo. The lack of attention to detail and care is unbelievable. Every time, and I mean every time we’ve ordered there is always missing items. We called up to make a complaint and were laughed at over the phone.
Bought chicken here after waiting in line for about 4 minutes, when i received it there were blue lines inside the chicken leg and half of the batter had been torn off. An absolutely foul establishment.
Simply woeful. Was served by an Employee named Sebastian Pickering, who was rude and too busy talking to the other employees and playing with his hair to talk to me. Not happy! Will not be coming back!
