67 Worst customer service ever. This is the first and last I will visit this KFC branch. They had no chicken for fast food - this is a joke. I did an online order and went in to pick up and had to wait 30minutes to get my order where others were getting their orders first. What is the reason of an online order so I don't have to order in and wait in a que to get my food hence taking that time to do an online order and pay. So if this KFC cannot keep up to the demands they should close this branch down cos honestly they take the customers for granted because this KFC expects to be supported becos most customers are students and it is by the train station.if this spot was such a good option for business then why treat customers this way. No communication the staff did not even mention to anyone that we must wait for chicken they just make customers look at them. The one staff also said to the other at the cash desk - don't do any more orders from the people that were in the que ready to order. I was flabagasted. I couldn't believe my ears. This was a classic experience and this is a place I will not be going back to ever again and will tell my friends to. And the original chicken pieces were like tiny pieces smaller than other KFC robbing us people. Original pieces are not micro mini chicken pieces it's quite expensive and to get this kind of quality and customer service.guys (students) maybe change ur diets or actually try another KFC branch and see the difference for yourselves. This place is very bad. Customer service and quality size of food. That are not doing you guys right. Check for yourselves
I've been to many other KFC branches and this was by far the first KFC that serves this sized chicken pieces to customers.
Got most of my order correct, but we're unable to fulfil my request for certain pieces apparently.
The store on 4th of February 8m at night was disgusting, looked like the floor hadn't been swept all day. Tables wipe marks all over them. Looked like the tables had been cleaned with a dirty cloth.
They stuffed up my order and blamed it on me. Food was terrible.
Plus 3 of the staff stood talking at the front counter for a few minutes, while 6 customers stood there waiting to be served. A female staff member looks up and says " OH" then walks over to serve them.
AVOID THIS KFC.
This restaurant is located conveniently across from caulfield train station, and next to a 7eleven. It has four (4) self service screens as you walk in the front entrance and if you don't like the robot technology you can go stand at the counter and wait for a friendly staff member to serve you. My order was all correct and reasonable fresh.
Alot more spacious than I expected it to be from seeing the outside, Multiple stations to order your meal from - comfortable chair and tables to wait in but very dirty and still covered in food left overs (which wouldn't be the case if people cleaned up after themselves) but would expect staff to clean the tables or wipe them down at least. Didn't wait for long for food got it hot and fresh.

Convenient proximity to uni I guess.
Can get a bit crowded at times, which means the staff get less of a chance to clean the front (unfortunately, some patrons leave a bit of a mess: ()
Saw a little raven eating some chicken nearby, awesome.
10 out of 10 times you will have missed items from your order. Always check and ask when you take the bag. Honestly it happens EVERY TIME smh
It takes a long time to get the food the place is allways clean they get the order right and it is a good kfc to go to
Doesn’t interact with the customers and dont respond properly and you cant get the food on time you have expected
This store is reasonably clean. The food is usually fresh because it is continuously bought till the store is closed. I give only 4 stars because the store is closed quite early at 10 pm.
Tried KFC after many years and it is still "finger lickin good"
2 months later, tried the meal pack. The food was terrible but the cold drink was satisfying! And the service was good!
Buy a Zinger stacker box, open when get home to realize there is no chicken, just the burger and the chips. Please check the box before leaving.
Customer service needs a little work, i stood in line for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served whilst the staff at the counter were having a conversation. With all that being said though i feel the quality of the food is significantly more consistent to other KFC's i've been to, it was obviously fresh, seasoned well and most importantly hot which a lot of other chains seem to completely disregard.
Sometimes they give me less chicken in my bucket only to find out when I'm home ready to dig in.
Waited 20 mins to take an order and I were the only person on the queue while the staff were joking with each other giggling at the front counters. Added another 30 mins to wait for the order to be prepared. Absolute Joke. By far the WORST kfc in Australia.
Always fresh and they actually pay attention to your order. Great customer service specially Bella such a sweet girl.
Despite bei g busy, service was prompt, staff were polite & happy to give extra wet napkins
Went to the restaurant picked up what we had ordered from our kfc app which is the worst app known to man.when will one of these restaurant chains make a user friendly APP. EG drop down menu touch the ones you want without going in and out in and out of the menu to order new things and then just finished button stop overthinking things IT nerds took my wife 20 minutes to get the app and order she was psychoticly angry buy the end Screaming I just want some #@+# ing wicked wings ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. And to add the experience there was a murder of crows eating and fighting over a pile of Vomit on the footpath. Should have gone to Red rooster.
Good service.on a positive note- Food was quick after ordering through the KFC app as I walked in.
But on a not so positive note.was when I complained about my second zinger burger been a little on the luke warm side, and rightly expected a replacement by offering the staff to feel what I had bitten into. I was advised by the manager they were made just before I was given them.
My response was thats irrelevant to me it's still cold, so clearly your system isn't working. I received no apology just given a new one that was sitting on the tray! Clearly that wasn't just made and was left warm with the tray warmer, clearly not doing the sweet buns much good for the next punter!
Please don't accept luke warm burgers. They clearly were not made on your arrival!
Great place for grabbing a quick bite.has dining facilities and staff is also very hospitable and are happy to explain their products to you.highly recommend for people who are looking for a quick grab n go feed
