If you plan to visit, order ahead via the app to avoid extremely long wait times. The seating does fill up quickly particularly during peak evening hours. Takeaway is the better option at this outlet. No drive thru available.

By far the best KFC in Melbourne. Always clean and tidy and always freshly cooked. Ive moved away from the area a few times but always drive out of my way to get KFC specifically from here, I've since moved back to the area.
Last night, we ordered through Menulog and the driver brought the wrong food and wouldn't correct his mistake so we called up KFC Caukfeild to let them know what had happened and Ben was an absolute legend and made sure everything was sorted. Best customer service. On the otherhand avoid menulog they suck.

Fairly dirty store with staff that didnt take their job too seriously. My order was off with them forgetting my extra chips, sadly i didnt realise this until I was home. Furthermore, none of my calls were answered or reponded to even after voicemails were left.

Avoid this one.asked for large chips and large mountain dew freeze.instead of waiting for more chips kid scraped old chips up trying to fill a large.picked stray chips up off counter to fill 3/4s of box and gave me that.then filled 3/4 of drink and gave me that.absolutely the worst.threw it out

The staff here have great attitude and the food is great. After renovations the places has more light and a modern feel to it. However, what hasn't changed is the lack of awareness regarding the cleanliness of this place. I think there needs to be more attention placed on maintaining a nice experience for customers who are eating in. I also don't understand the change made to the enter and exit. How about customer can use both doors to enter and exit because what you have now doesn't make sense.

Have not tried food over here. But better place to have your fast food. It is close to railway station.window sitting better option when having lunch or dinner. Need to maintain the cleanliness over the place.

Sorry, but.if they gave me so called food here I wouldn't take it. Oily, stale, surely it cannot be good for ya? Geeez. The only thing there I would have if I was starving is prob the coleslaw, even then? That's pushing it? Chris.k

Food was what you would expect from KFC but the staff probably require some additional coaching and training in customer service. My order was wrong and when I questioned it I was corrected. We debated and when they finally realised they made a mistake and my order was wrong they were extremely confused about how to resolve what was very simple. The issue was eventually rectified with some attitude. Plenty of room for improvement!

1st time: recently revonated, rude staff, tables messy

2nd time: happy, staff were kind and experienced

Unlike the other KFC franchises, this one for some reason has so much oil in their food. Their fried chicken doesn't feel fresh. I had to return the zinger pie because it was soggy from the bottom. The staff is helpful though.

Fast service and the place has noticeably has gotten cleaner. It's school break, but I hope they can manage to keep it as clean.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Depends on staff. Lately MORE BAD than good! Lazy staff: tables full of leftovers. Chips were cold & soggy. Food in general is always of poor quality

Also stuff up my order and gave me the wrong food. Refused to provide the correct food.

Too busy and the space isn’t enough to accommodate the customers at rush hours. The rush at times causes the service to be slow.

We got a double zinger combo for lunch from this kfc and it was terrible. We order our burgers with 5x lettuce because kfc always skimps on the lettuce. Today our burgers had between 5-10 tiny little pieces of lettuce on them, as if the staff were underdoing it on purpose. The chicken was dry and tough and the fries were undercooked, soft and mushy and had no taste to them. Rude service as well. We live nearby and really wish this was a better kfc.

Last Friday, I came into Caulfield KFC and as usual ordered my 3 piece box and it took a while which was fine considering how many customers there were, but i was extremely upset and disappointed to see that while the young employees worked hard to complete our orders, the lady who appeared to be the manager was walking around doing nothing, and talking to the employees in a rude manner. I left feeling quite uncomfortable.

Would give zero stars if I could, have given this store many chances. The last straw was today when I came in and asked for a three wicked wings in a large combo with a seven up. Instead I was charged for three wicked wings, a large chips and a regular seven up (didn’t notice at the time due to the screen on the register not working). Whilst waiting to collect my food I noticed the error and brought it to the attendants attention when I went to collect it. She treated me rudely and insisted that I did have a large combo, despite the error in the drink size and receipt saying otherwise. Attendant refused to address or discuss the issue.

In general this kfc is often poorly staffed and looked after for a store that get so busy. Dining room is always messy and the wait for food is long and often not worth it

Went in last Saturday night for some dinner, didn’t mind the line as I was keen for a feed. I ordered a zinger with a drumstick instead of wicked wings. After waiting around 20 minutes I was given my meal sadly to discover wicked wings! Give that I had been waiting a while this was frustrating.to be honest, the only staff that truely helped me was Tiffany. I’ve told her what happened, she apologised and fixed the problem politely and quickly. Very happy with her service.

This KFC is always crowded as it's next to Monash Caulfield but the food and staff are usually nice. Sometimes they forget to salt the chips which make them taste super bland though.

Ordered a Tenders box. Customer service was lovely but what kind of joke are these tenders? I can't seem to post a photo but they are tiny. They shouldn't be the size of children's fingers?
