DODGY!
Made an online delivery order thru KFC App,
not only that my order never showed up, I had to call this store 5 times and the manager James who promised AGAIN and AGAIN that he will call DoorDash to suss out & call me back, but never did.
Typical right?

I then had to spent 30mins total with online service team to get a refund which will take 7 - 10 business days.

All of these happened on a Friday night in, got my refund, not the food.

Still hungry.

Absolutely appaled at the size and overly burnt chicken thigh pieces of chicken Igot given. So tiny and burnt that I threw them in the bin. For over $6 for 2 pieces, so overpriced. Will NEVER buy kfc from here or anywhere if I'm given chicken that's the size of a 50 cent piece!

Worst KFC outlet I've been to. No regard for cleanliness, quality and customer service. The washroom sink was overflowing, tables are utterly dirty and the chicken! And the one thing that makes me wanna go to KFC, their chicken, this branch has made me hate it.

As someone who works at kfc (down on the peninsula) i was extremely impressed with their efficiency as well as the quality of the food.everything was extremely fresh and juicy.

Very slow. Waited more than 20 minutes for my order to be ready. To all delivery drivers, please cancel order for this KFC.

From the packaging strewn across the front counter, the faulty kiosks, the wait time and terrible attitude from all the staff. This was definitely the worst experience ever at KFC.
Probably around 20 people inside, either waiting or trying to order. Only two self-serve kiosks were operational. Although between the error messages and frozen screens, both were useless. I had to ask if anyone was actually taking orders? The response was an eye roll before she walked off and another equally impressed staff member came to take the order.
It wasn't until I'd finished that she informed me there was going to be a 25 minute wait. When I questioned why, I was told to look at the screen. I canceled my order and left.

Tried to order just chips and waited at counter for 10 minutes and they were just laughing and talk amongst and not even acknowledging any customers waiting to order. Myself and a few other people just left and got food else where.

It's just a KFC, set your expectations accordingly. Food was fine, service was fine.

They have kiosk machines in this joint so no need for human interaction. Ordered off the app anyway for app only deals.

If I could give a lower rating, I would.

We arrived just before 9pm when they close at 10pm. The employees completely ignored us for a solid 10 minutes just chatting away in the kitchen.

An employee in the kitchen notified their coworker that we were waiting to order, in which they replied sarcastically to our faces “oh yay”. She then proceeded to ask us what we wanted with attitude.

When we tried to order food they said they didn’t have what we wanted. So we asked what they did have and they replied “I don’t know”.

At this point, we had enough and decided to find food elsewhere. The staff need to be taught simple manners and need to be trained better.

The guy took my order and I could tell he was not interested in working there, sure enough my meal was wrong when it came out.

Order last night via menu log just after 9pm last night. Caulfield store closes at 10pm. Order was accepted and picked up for delivery, was tracking the order in real time and was only minutes away from being delivered and then get a notification at 10pm saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled.this was confusing when it was only minutes away. So clearly the delivery driver stole my order and said couldn't find my apartment or something! Terrible service on menulog and KFC caulfield. Pathetic.

Been here multiple times and food tastes good but about 80% of the time I did not get the serviettes and napkins or cutlery pack and today they put the wrong sauce in my burger and failed to put extra salt on my chips

Don't have a local KFC so on the way back from Melbourne, stop off to get some nice KFC. Delicious as always, but the girl behind the counter clearly doesn't want to be there

I found the service efficient and fast at this KFC, especially when it was busy.
The food itself wasn't that greasy as other places I've been.
The restaurant has both vegetarian and meat options. The restaurant is also easily accessible by wheelchairs as well.

This store is the worst in Melbourne every time we order there are things missing or late tonight totally the wrong order with the right name and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Bad KFC Bad.

1 star, that's all I got. Not even worth complaining the girls just don't care and need to find new jobs. Terrible.

Every time I visit this KFC, they mess up my order. Once I was given a completely different order and every time I ask for extra salt on the chips and recieve no salt. The food always is cold and gross. I’ve been served my some chick named Amelia a few times during the days and she always looks mad and puts no effort into even packing the orders, clearly doesn’t want the job ans isn’t doing a good job at salting the chips.
This KFC is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to, they always have pigeons just flying around

Literally the best, Ben he was clean and good was amazing and delivered very fast these workers operate under fast time frames so don’t be a jerk. Plus the food was epic let’s go zinger box.

Today my sister had a job interview in your store with your manager Chloe. I was appalled to hear the way Chloe interviewed her and the reasoning for not giving my sister a job. Chloe told my sister “I’m going to be honest, I am not going to hire you, I don’t like how you look” Extremely unprofessional behaviour and unprofessional feedback. Chloe should have her job title reviewed as I would hate to see how she judges and treats the rest of her staff and your customers.

Mixed feeling about this kfc. Sometimes its good and sometime its bad. Got my order and when I asked to get it right, they just started laughing with each other. If something so small can be done right then why make someone's life hell.
I am very dissapointed since I go there all the time. The guy that served me felt like he didnt want to be there and didn't care what so ever.
