66After arriving in Ballarat on Saturday arvo, I dropped into KFC for a quick bite, I purchased a chicken fillet burger and a drink, both tasted very nice
Chicken is dry and chips are either over cooked or cold.
Not very happy and i would rather drive 10 minutes to wendouree KFC and get fresher food that actually tastes like chicken
Good service from the girl who fixed my order that was missing items we got through the drive through food was good
I watched an old man with a walking stick leave the store when his bag broke spilling his lunch over the footpath. This was quickly followed by a staff member coming outside to help pickup the spillage and take him inside to give him a new order. Well done KFC

Also, let me just commend KFC Ballarat for offering breaky twists. I am not sure if they have it in other shops as well but that was actually good!:)
Be careful not to allow staff at drive through take your card to a separate area to complete a transaction. A female served me, however a male's name was on my receipt and she didn't return my card. I called my bank and cancelled my card while still in the drive through.
