KFC Ballarat

My daughter went in to order because the drive through went out onto the road.
Two people got served before the girl serving was told not to serve anyone else until the drive through was cleared.
My daughter walked out in disgust.
Wish I could give this place no stars.

If only staff were capable of remembering to provide serviettes. 99% time they don't. How TF any business can so consistently fail one simple task baffles me. Gen Z'S brains seem to be too Kentucky fried

Whats wrong with these places, lunch, no zinger burger so go with original, in 2 burger meals the chicken was small and so very tough. Cold chips
Fast food not good food

Review is not for food but the place. Unbelievably dirty. No one bothers to clean the tables or floor. Couldn't find a decent table to sit with kids and enjoy the meal.

Wish I could give this 0 starts, stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken had multiple working look at us and didn’t even acknowledge us. Went in for 10 chicken wicket wings and only got 6 and they offered us a salad to replace the other 4 also wanted a frozen Pepsi and it was “defrosting” so had to get another flavour. Absolutely Ridiculous, get it together kfc.

Friendly young lass on the counter, our chicken tenders were beautifully cooked, (quite mouthwatering) and the chips were hot too. We were rather intrigued at some of the whistles, and sirens" coming from the kitchen. I imagine they are part of the cooking systems alarms, but they could easily be used in the sound-track of "Star Wars! "

Food was fresh but service is extremely slow at Front counter.
The staff kept looking at us but didn't approach.
The tables are also filthy, you guys need to hire more staff.
Only 2 people were eating inside, preference seems to go to the drive thru

Went to the sturt street Ballarat store on wed 20/03/21, and we ordered 1 zinger box and 1x 3 piece chicken pk, and i was disgusted to see the chicken in the 3 piece pk it looked like it was cooked for hours, it was so over cooked it wasn't golden it was dry and burnt, who ever was serving my order that night needs a good old talking too, im sure he/ she would not have eaten it, if i had known it was like this before i went home (which is past Creswick) i would have thrown it back at them, it was inedible, not even a dog would have eaten it, disgusted is a understatement wont be back, shocking service the staff need proper training that if they even get trained

Poor service. We waited at the drive through for someone to answer but no response. We went further up ahead to the pay window, only to be ignored further by the service team. They saw us waiting outside by the window, completely lost and didn't even bother to guide us or ask if we need help.

Asked three times about burger not being a zinger burger as when order was read back to me he stated zinger burger and even went in to ask after receiving order as the burger was wrapped in zinger wrapper and was told it was not a zinger burger and it had that wrapper as they had run out of the other wrappers, guess what it WAS a zinger burger. Might need to train staff to listen to what customers are asking and to ensure it is checked before stating the incorrect information as it will be a while before I decide to visit KFC.

Eaten here at least six times. Haven’t had a order correctly filled yet. Staff can’t tell a chicken wing from a chip. Avoid like the plague.

Nuggets cold and soggy.

Drive thru staff member wasn’t listening to us when we ordered and the order had two correct items with the rest having to be sorted out at the collection window. Both Twisters had stale wraps. Chips were fresh and get a thumbs up though.

Enjoyed lunch at KFC, got a combo box chicken pieces, mashed potato, bun, chips & coke great package good value

Asked for specific piece, got instead my most unfavorable. If I can't have a specific piece just say so and I'd have ordered something different! No spoons, no serviettes given with either box, was quite sad experience

Had to wait a little while to order, very busy this time of year with people travelling through, but the food was really fresh & hot. Glad we can eat in again

A salute joke of a “restaurant” out of the last 10 times I’ve been they have stuffed my order up 9 times. Terrible service and no pride of place. Would deffinately recommend going elsewhere

Chips recooked with no salt, staff rude and drive thru is really narrow, scratched my wheels. A group of 12 year olds could run the joint better

Store was a bit messy but when I started eating someone decided it was the rostered time to move the dust off the floors and onto my food!
