KFC Ballarat

The crew were of top quality, very polite and friendly. The food itself was to the standards of KFC, with crispy chicken fillets and salty, crunchy chips. A real winner for anyone looking for a quick bite or a clean place to eat.

The worst KFC in Ballarat. The staff were rude and looked like they didn’t care about the customer’s. My boyfriend and I ordered online orders at the same time on different phones and they handed mine out but not his. He then waited for half an hour till the whole counter part was empty of customers, then the staff asked if there was something he was waiting for. We both can see his food waiting in the bit where they slide prepared food, but the staff continued to be rude and make him feel like it was his fault they lost his order and made up his order without a sorry. Good one KFC Sturt street.

KFC uses way to much chicken salt! I've stood in store watching while one basket of chips, from the fryer, gets "salted" EVERYTIME a staff member fills a container! Plus what builds up in the area they do this in. Then when you try to go a little bit healthier () by getting a twister.it's drowned in sauce, to the point its a soggy mess but if you ask for not "alot" of sauce, you get basically none. Don't these people know the difference between drowning a food in something and REASONABLE covering?

KFC is one of my favourite fast food resturants, the first time I went to this pacific store I was very impressed. I am still very impressed by the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff.

I don’t eat KFC a lot but this one near home appears to be faster than most drive throughs, but it’s very hit and miss with the quality of the chicken. Tonight for example I ordered a 3 piece meal. I received 1 small thigh and 2 anorexic wings. The chicken and potato and gravy was also cold. I think I must have been at the end of an older batch of food.

Biggest bloody rip off, need staff that can count, over paying top dollar & not getting what we ordered

Outlet was complete rubbish, absolute disgrace, screwed up my order then gave me my right order which was missing my zinger burger had to drive back from 7mins down the road and then ended up giving me the exact same zinger burger which was supposed to go in the bag in the first place but didn't and was sitting there for 7mins on the service bench while i came back.

I'm not a huge fan of KFC so take my review in that light.
The service was OK without being fast or attentive. There is a drive through option (off Sturt Street) as well as the street walk in.
Same range of oily chicken and soft drinks as every other KFC. Its clean and accessible.

This Drive through is absolutely hopeless. Every second time you go through you have to return for something forgotten. It's managed by a low life, KFC should be ashamed of the stuff st Ballarat restaurant, I'll never go there again. Chicken tastes like rat and the employees are illiterate, manager as mentioned is a low life rodent.

It's kfc, service is quick, place is clean, not crazy busy, no kids play ground, range of different types of seating

I'm from Geelong and the Ballarat store had noticeably nicer staff, the food was a high quality for KFC standards.

Massive fan of KFC but recently they've changed the zinger box, you used to get 3 wicked wings now you get a snack popcorn chicken. This is unacceptable

Always forget something, without fail, every single time! Also the cust service on drive through is often really impatient and hard to deal with.

Greasy food. Definitely not my choice but kids wanted so a rare treat for them on a trip away. Sorry KFC but you are not for my family.

It's.ok. Not the cleanest but not trashy either. Food is either decent or meh. They only fill their frozen drinks about 2/3 of the way, the last time it was literally (I measured) only half full. I'd probably give them a sixth chance if it was a really good deal.

Poor customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was not that impressive. Food was decent, not the first option when deciding for food.

Everything Luke warm potato and gravy as well which is usually quite hot.fatty chicken ended up throwing the rest out.

Poor customer service. Twice they have given me the wrong order. The chicken tastes very good though. That's the only reason I kept coming back here.

They didn't give me my drink after assuring me it was in the bag, the wicked wings were almost raw inside, the zinger fillets were as dry as sawdust and they didn't even put sauce on the burger. Ended up violently ill the day after.

I ordered online and waited for 15 mintues, I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes constantly ignored until I said something. They said that my order didnt go through and they didnt believe I paid.
