Good food for takeaway the only thing is I dined in last night some warrnambool disability group where also here some fat dog c$&t f$&khead came up to me saying free palestine and said something to a Vietnamese staff he had a Brisbane beanie the staff kicked the group out as a he was racist otherwise food delicious not to salty chips here always

Nicely Updated since I was there last year! Polite Staff and very a Clean Atmosphere. Enjoy

UPDATE: 8th December 2023! Interesting to see how many seat's are empty at KFC's! So go on, take a chance and go and grab a bite, enjoy the Orange Juice and the Chicken Wrap!

Chicken was overcooked and dark brown. Staff told me when I asked for different chicken, that they were cooking in old oil.

Getting better. They need to learn to include serviettes in every order. It's fried fuqqn chicken ya geese. Provide serviettes

Only been open for an hour and still managed to serve a very dry fillet burger and chips that look like they were served fresh yesterday. Very dirty store.

No stars from me.stood in line for 20 minutes along with 2 other customers.we were all ignored.politely asked if we should go to drive through as they were being served all the time.still we were all ignored.so 3 customers walked out and I'm sure the lady waiting for her order would've walked out if she hadn't already ordered! We drove to KFC at wendouree served immediately with a smile.and the shop was clean! ¡.

Always great entertainment visiting KFC. An organization that is entirely operated by children. It’s always a surprise you get your chicken at all when the one acne-faced teen charged with managing the whole store is having a panic attack in the kitchen due to the constant beeping of the frying machines and the ever growing queue of angry customers death staring them.

On my most recent visit to the Sturt Street restaurant I waited almost an eternity at the order speaker. Imagine my shock when suddenly a seemingly cool headed individual asked me for my order. After placing my order I was told there was not enough original piece chicken and offered an extra serving of wicked wings at no extra cost. The flexibility and quick thinking of this 16 year old indicated they were likely a company veteran and likely the manager of this establishment.

Giving this store a 5 star because it is likely the only KFC with a cool headed staff member.

Price increases multiple times a year. This is ridiculous. Also your staff never provide napkins with food. It's fried chicken you muppets. Provide fuquim napkins or next time I'll jump the counter and stuff your arse with chicken bones.

Brilliant experience in Ballarat KF, clean, quiet time of day, not too much noise. Hot food freshly cooked. Clean toilets which is a bonus. Would visit again cant fault it.

Wish I could give 0 stars, it was disgustingly filthy like hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time, and if their not cleaning where we can see I can't imagine how disgusting it must be where we can't,

wish they would make it more obvious that they've changed and are using a cabbage lettuce mix cause I had no idea until I found the cabbage in my burger but honestly my least favourite part was the saddest chicken patty in my og burger I payed 30 for 2 meal for me an my dad and it was a massive waste of money.

Me and my extended family (11 people) ate dinner here and the chicken was absolutely tasteless! It was oily and definitely missing salt and half of the 11 secret herbs and spices. It was so bland! Same with the nuggets. And the burgers were tiny and so disappointing! I have visited many KFCs throughout Australia and this is definitely the worse! We only ate it because we were so hungry.

Won't go to that store again.extremely long wait times and told no chicken left unless I wait 25 minutes.the staff were all too young and didn't seem to know what to do

Literally waited 30 minutes for two simple meals. Should have gone to another “fast food” outlet.

Don’t think this stores food quality even deserves one star.we ordered drive through takeaway.the chips had so much salt we couldn’t even consume them.the chicken was so dry and over cooked and had funny oily after taste.we binned the whole meal.never going there to eat again.disappointing and waste of $25 dollars.

Absolutely appalling. Floor and tables full of food scraps and chips, the chicken nugget go bucket was half filled, three barely warm nuggets and soggy chips. As for the popcorn chicken, i was under the impression that they used the lid to scoop out the chicken, but all we got was a pathetic couple. Awful.

Friendly service and food was great. However the cleanliness could have been better. Tables were dirty and bins were full.

Went there the other day in the drive through and I waited around 10 minutes for them to take my order and then waited another 10 minutes to pay. Not good enough lads I was frothing a zinger

5 stars purely for Jacob tonight. When we ordered he said ‘k-f-c- you at the next window’ and at the window said ‘have a zinging night’……what a legend! Made my daughter smile! Great employee right there!

This store always seems to forget part of the order, is too troubled to provide particular items and in general, it is one of the worst stores I have ever visited.
