I'm very happy with the service and quality of work provided by JP Flynn. A special mention to Mo, his level of professionalism was outstanding. I was kept informed about everything promptly and any questions or concerns I had were attended to efficiently. Thank you to the builders from Ensure Restore Justin & Kevin, the repairs are of a very high standard and I'm very happy with the final result.

Every step in our project was characterised by very friendly and competent tradespersons, and though it stemmed from a rather inconvenient event requiring an insurance claim, JP Flynn made it all, not only easy, but pleasurable as well.

Very quick response after tornado damaged our house. Tradies were friendly and professional. Very happy with the service and standard of work which included, plastering, painting and roof repairs. Thank you guys - you were great.

Don't turn up, don't return phone calls, tradies don't know what they are doing when they turn up at lunchtime. Don't care about complaints. 3 weeks in and still haven't progressed.

The team at JP Flynn are very thorough and professional with their workmanship. Their services were engages through our insurance company. The Project Manager, Noora kept me up to date on the serivces and kept us in the loop all the way. The plaster; painter and electrician that came to our house were very professinal with their services.

We were most impressed when their company audit came by to check on the workmanship and asked questions about their team.

We will certainly recommend their services to our friends.

We’ve had a building report done from JP Flynn, I can honestly say a 5 year old could’ve put this together and in less time. It took them over 5 weeks to produce it, on top of that there was not allowance for safe access to conduct the repairs. Our roof is 5 meters high and it makes no mention in the report. Perhaps they were going to ask Aladin for his flying carpet

Had to call daily to chase them up constantly and always told the ops centre is busy, lied to multiple time regarding when the report would be sent

There was multiple photos taken at the time of the inspection yet these didn’t even make it onto the report,

One of the items just said ‘Wall Streaky’ what is that supposed to mean?

Terrible customer service, waited weeks for a report which was substandard.
Wouldn’t ever recommend. Had to get another report done and there was a 10k difference in price.

RACV awarded JP Flynn Builders the work on my home damaged during the massive hail storm in January. The employees were absolutely wonderful and they went out of their way to help me and get the job done. A big thank you!

We've been waiting for our building report since the 25th January, finally received nearly 2 months later and it is unusable.

The worst report I've seen, no photos and no allowance for safe access onto a 5m high roof

Extremely happy with the repairs carried out by Bruce from JP Flynn Builders. Bruce was punctual, extremely professional, spotlessly clean and the repairs carried out were spot on when finished. Would happily recommend JP Flynn Builders and would definitely use their services again.

JP Flynn restored a bedroom for us. Communication was professional, the contracted tradesmen were on time, respectable, and did a proper job.

Only 1 star as we cannot give a 0 - it is currently December and we have been dealing with JP Flynn since February.

There is no communication between the company and us, multiple times they have sent tradies just out of the blue and then we get a call directly from the tradie themselves saying they have come from the other side of the city so we have to leave our job on the spot to let them in. Multiple times we have taken a day off at an agreed time with JP Flynn and then they don't show up so we have wasted a annual leave day for nothing like this morning.

We reported that their repair work was dodgy in June and it is only now they are looking at it and then again they haven't shown up today so another day off work.

The communication between the trades and the customer service /case managers is atrocious and to get a case manager to call you back is unheard of. You an leave multiple messages and not speak to anyone other then the reception team.

We are covered through RACV and they are great but if anything happens again we are going to ask for different builders as this is beyond a joke.

JP Flynn did an excellent job, they were very helpful and accommodating to particular needs. This made the renovation experience much more pleasant. Thank you

Highly recommend this Company - they affiliate themselves with high quality tradesmen who turn up on time and do a fantastic job. Our supervisor Pete always communicated to us every step of the way and we were so impressed with his professionalism- so refreshing to have dealt with great people genuinely and we loved the end result so thankyou to all.
