Amazingly helpful. I was not expecting this detail of actionable help from a free legal service. This was the 2nd time that I called and Nathaniel took all the time to listen to my case. He had notes from the first call in front of him so I didn't have to repeat myself and start from scratch. After clarifying my questions he put me on hold to discuss the questions with others. That deserves 5 stars - not just giving any answer but seeking feedback from others too. Needless to say the questions were answered in great detail and I was shown other options to pursue my case. Options that allowed for mediation instead of going to court. I had not asked for other options so this was a service that went beyond my expectations. Now I can prepare my claim knowing that it is legally sound. I would also like to thank the Collier Charitable Fund for supporting this legal service.

The wait time to speak to someone was about 40minutes, however once i got through to Alexandra i was SO grateful for her help. My story was a long one and a sad one for me to share, at no point did Alexandra make me feel like i was annoying or taking to long. She listened to me so carefully, made me feel important and while helping me so much she kept apologising for the time it was taking her to write it down and relay to her supervisor later! This woman does not need to apologise, she needs to be praised (it wasn't even a long time she took)! I am so appreciative of the help and the information she gave me and i am feeling so much more confident and strong to face my worries and take a stand. Alexandra you were so wonderful, thank you! The hold time is so worth it, so anyone reading this just hang on and watch some netflix while waiting!

Spoke with Alan today after having a very frustrating time with 2 employers essentially stealing money from me (wage theft) in Queensland. He was excellent and answered all my questions after listening carefully to what I had to say. Alan made me realise that there most likely was going to be light at the end of the tunnel for at least one of these situations where they owe me in excess of a couple of thousand dollars. The other situation may not be worth the effort. I needed this hope because I had nearly ended up with full blown depression due to the stress of dealing with unethical employers. Thank you Alan. JobWatch is the best service I have come across about finding out about my employee rights.

You have more chance of getting through to the US President or the Queen than this service. Been calling for 5 days and no luck!

Hi Although it took 3 attempts to get thru it was well worth it. I required advice on Unfair Dismissal Conciliation procedures. The job Watch representative was extremely helpful did not rush to call and took time to answer all questions and provide very useful information. I feel l much more comfortable going into the Conciliation armed with web site info.

Whilst it was a little challenging to get through and the hold time was long, the time & assistance given once I did get through was indeed worth it. The office is sometimes only staff by a few personnel and it's easy to understand why they are so busy. Thank you for the perspective, much appreciated)

After 3-days of phone calls and dead, tears of frustration I found a little angel in the darkness by the name of ‘Geoff’. Geoff at Jobwatch was THE most marvellous, educated, empathetic, logical, patient person I think I’ve ever spoken to in a government organisation (and I work for Govt myself!). After my conversation today with Geoff I have renewed hope that the rather ‘gentlemen-lacking’ employers we’ve unfortunately had to cross paths with are not going to get away with treating an employee whose dedicated 70-80hr weeks to this company for the last 7-years like this.

Zana if you could give Geoff more than an ‘employee of the month’ printed out certificate or elephant stamp for this one, I will forever be in your debt.
