I could not get through on the phone, so I went in jobwatch website, scrolled to the bottom of the page & clicked on "request a presentation".
I filled out the form, with my contact number @1pm & on the same day got a phone call back at 3 pm from Jeff.

Unfortunately i wish i could leave some positive feedback on here, upon contact i found the answering operator to be vague and could not comprehend what i was was saying to her. She even had trouble in expressing herself in a sentence.in the final suggestion from her was for me to ring back at the hope of speaking to another person on the phone line.

Been trying to contact them for 3 days straight and keep getting a voice message that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and i need to try again and then hung up on.i'm unsure they even exist at this point.

I am so grateful for the information and time I received from Trong.taking the time to listen, take notes, email information, and be very thorough in the information given regarding a legal matter. Could not recommend any higher the services of this organisation. Trong certainly provided a fantastic service and a professionalism of the highest standard.

Rubbish service. No one answers your call. If you were super lucky, they would make you await for long time until you regret and hang up yourself, without speaking with anyone.

A very helpful resource for the public. However they are limited in what information and guidance they can provide. However If you have absolutely no idea about an issue they can point you in the right direction. The phone lines are also very congested at the moment so expect to be waiting a while and making quite a few calls before you are able to access help.

Emilia was great providing clear information that enabled me to understand my rights to make an informed decision.

These people are so helpfull and straight to the point with informing me of the confusing underpaying of overtime mess my employer left me in and i was informed and explained how to tell the onbudsman fairwok officer my situation.thank you so much

Very bad experience 25 minutes just taking details when asked when am I getting the advice was told in 20 minutes time.when she talks to her supervisor and will call me back. Wasted my time. Not calling back again I understand that they are volunteers but have staff that know, that's why they there.to help out. Not someone that doesn't know any thing. If that was the case then should have spoken to supervisor at first. Disappointed

It was very hard to get through on the phone at first, but I understand this is a volunteer service. Amanda, Allan and John were of great help and gave me great advice and assistance.
