She gave time to hear all of the details, then responded with reasonable questions in order to ensure everything was understood and all the relevant facts were obtained. Emilia got back to me within a very reasonable time frame with a depth of information that not only assisted in answering the specific questions that I put forward, but also provided further resources to gather more insightful information. Considering this service is provided primarily by interns and volunteers, the helpfulness is invaluable. These guys were great. They listened to my story and genuinely cared about my situation. They offered great advice on the phone and followed up with an email setting out the information they had discussed with me so I didn't need to frantically write everything down. Hope not to need this service again but would highly recommend to anyone needing help.

Nathaniel quickly returned a call back. He listened to my employment pay issue and gave me the direction and advice that would help me. Experiencing a workplace issue while on Christmas holidays. Really had no one else I could talk to as most businesses are closed for an extended period over the Christmas break. The representative gave me helpful and constructive information so that I feel more confident moving forward.
