Even though this is a free service but they are very professional. Nathaniel was very helpful and very responsive. They couldn't give me a definite answer but they surely gave me some good advice and told me on what to do next. Thank you again Nathaniel!

Nathaniel was a great listener and continually reassured me, even when I asked the same questions more than once (due to being anxious about my situation). As a sole parent, I am thankful to JobWatch for existing so that people like myself can get the information we need and to Nathaniel and the other volunteers for giving their time so freely.

Had no way of returning calls i missed there for they were not very helpful in my matter i was chasing up.

I've just had a great conversation with Job Watch about an issue I have had little beneficial professional guidance on for over three months that has caused me much angst and anxiety. They have given me fresh hope and direction for a situation that I seemed to have little control over. It is definitely worth talking to them.

I called, waited about 1 hour and then left a message. They called back within 24 hours. I missed the call, so called again and got Tom on the line, so I discussed my situation with Tom. He obviously took pretty good notes. He left me on hold to discuss my situation with someone else. He came back to me and gave me very detailed information about my options, reiterating the important parts to make sure I understood him. I was surprised that he grasped all the points I had mentioned because I had quite a few. He was excellent and demonstrated logic, thoroughness, and excellent knowledge. I have followed his advice. Speaking with him took the worry away. I also called this service 6 months prior and got excellent, knowledgeable and compassionate advice. This service is something I was so surprised by and so grateful for. These people volunteer their time and expertise. So if you have any concerns or problems do not hesitate to call them. They are professional and will indeed help you. Thankyou for the service you provide to the community.

I see some reviewers cannot get them on the phone. They seem to be very busy and I can understand why. Keep ringing and be patient because you will be the better for contacting them

Had a pleasant experience using Jobwatch for some help with a contract amendment letter issued by my (Qld) large national employer. Spoke with Nathaniel who was very polite and professional to deal with. He gave clear concise information relevant to my query. Great not for profit organisation that I would happily recommend to anyone who needed some extra clarification of workplace law information. I now feel confident that I won’t need to spend big bucks on legal fees/advice in this instance. They also have some great downloadable PDF information sheets on their website that I am sure I will likely refer back to in the future. Thanks guys for your service.
