JB Hi-Fi Holmesglen

Spoke to a consultant from TV department. Not happy with the service provided.
Consultant is impatient and didn't know the pricing policy. Asked price and his reply was the price advertised on web site.

Worst jb i have been to was in there 20mins only 2 other customers in the store Hard to get service in this joint only the security guard was helpful came n asked if i was ok and shook his head as I was walking out saying couldn't you get anyone to help you

I have had 3 exceptional custoner experiences at this store. My most recent was with Callum who provided all the information we needed on a range of digital technologies. He introduced himself, shook my 12 year old daughters hand, clearly understood our needs and how technology would satisfy these needs beyond what I was aware.

Friendly, energetic, helpful staff combined with a wide range of stock at decent prices. What's not to like?

I don't know why in still advertise they are the cheapest, they are not, they used to advertise on great special and a fee so so specials now it samo samo, sorry in you have not being great since the 90s when you tool all your great bargin HiFi out and replaced it with shelf on shelf on useless she's, maybe go back to your roots, where you came from instead of a nothing store with no bargins, he'll even you vinyl is robbing a poor person, your missing so many markets, but if you pay peanuts you get.

Constantly harassed by staff, did not purchase as 7 different staff harassed me with unwanted and often incorrect sales pitches whilst looking at a single product

JB Hi-Fi was established in the Melbourne suburb of Keilor East by John Barbuto in 1974.  Barbuto sold the business in 1983 to Richard Bouris, David Rodd, and Peter Caserta, who expanded JB Hi-Fi into a chain of ten stores in Melbourne and Sydney turning over $150 million by 2000, when they sold the majority of their holding to private equity. One place to get all your electronic items. Best customer service. I bought my pixel 3 here and even a launchpad. Very close by to my place. Friendly staff.

This store is away from the craziness of Westfield shopping centers and Chadstone. Love the location and convenience of easy parking, quick purchase and go.
