JB Hi-Fi

Waited 25 minutes for someone to assist me with the choice of car stereo. Then left and went elsewhere.

Felipe and the lady with the lovely long brown hair from IT were very nice and helpful today while I was trying to do a swap over of a laptop, the blonde girl at the register was also lovely and so was the security guard, everyone else was blatantly rude and provided very poor service. It's not the first time this has happened either.

Good customer service compared to other jb stores, Good range of products.make sure you do a research for price match.

Good selection of products in a new store. Regarding phone cases in particular their in-store range was not as extensive as Harvey Norman.

Advised me to buy an item that did not meet my needs, but they were good at sorting it all out without a fuzz.

Overall experience over time is good. No issues in getting non-alcoholic available stock from other stores, or returning something because of change of mind. Prices are generally on the lower side, but it pays to check other stores for the same item, before buying. Sometimes it can be up.

JB have lost their momo. Staff were uninterested in customers, all just standing around having a chat. They are also unable to move on a lot of prices.

Small store but not too bad of a range. Staff are quite nice and not overbearing like other stores I've been to.
