The staff at JB really know their stuff. They've used most of the tech themselves in their own homes. They always come up with a workable solution.

I went into JB Hi-Fi Altona North today to purchase an Apple IPhone. I was served by a worker called Lawra. She was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. She helped me make the right choice. I would recommend her to friends and family. I will definitely be back to this store.

In the past few weeks my partner and me visited this store both Ben and Louis were outstanding with the level of customer service provided. Especially Louis was extremely helpful and assisted us with purchasing white goods at unbeatable prices. Thanks Louis.

Wanted to buy a little heater. They only had display stock left which has marks and scratches all over it. I asked that if I’m buying ex display, I get a small discount seeing as the product is shop soiled. They wouldn’t even budge 50 cents. What a rip off store.

We were window shopping only. Perfectly comfortable in doing so.there appeared to be a solid selection of white goods on display. We'll pop back to further review available items. Good place to start and ultimately purchase. 3.5 stars

We waited in the tv area for 20 minutes to be served. When a staff member finally saw us, we asked about a Samsung TV, he said no. We don't have it in stock and then tried to sell us an LG. He didn't check stock. The website said they had the model we were after. He didn't even look at us. He was rude and incredibly unhelpful.

Plenty of staff willing to offer help, went in to browse and price different TVs, games and phones as well as the pop vinyl collection (large variety for $24.99 each). Great service and clear easy to walk through layout. Good sized aisles for if you have prams or young children.

Great staff and decent range, I wish there was a bigger camera section. I feel having a jaycar nearby really helps this location as well as the bunnings and would love seeing this combo more as it just makes for a great location for personal projects and setting up a good area for the home with such equipment range. Officeworks next door tops it off and as such I feel the ships location was a great choice for them.

Bought an Apple mouse for a stupid amount of money. Not JBs fault and they price matched Good Guys and took $15 off. The man didn't seem ever so happy but he did it, saving me a trip to Good Guys which is further and they didn't have the colour that I wanted in stock.

Waited for 20 minutes, looked at a bunch of staff and was prepared to buy. Customer service is just that, not standing around and avoiding sales. Nice try, JB Altona. I won't waste my time there again.

Not the best staff. I don’t know if they are acting or not willing to help you with genuine price beating. I ended up getting a way better deal on my tv at Myer highpoint.

Feel like ur in prison.every 5 secs some1s botherin you.we know what we want.plus sort out ur finance scheme.staff needs training more than customers.wish we had betta options like other countries.

This is one of the bigger JB Stores. I had a problem with an e-gift card I had just ordered for myself (bonus from my credit card) and the balance was $0.00. The guy at the store helped me figure out what was wrong and eventually the correct balance appeared and everything was good.

I also helped out a few random people choose the best Nintendo Switch accessories, so this review is also for myself as well as this store that I don’t actually work at.

We found what we needed and the staff was helpful. I always have a hard time at stores that have so much signage, which is basically the JB HI-FI way, so what can you do about it. I recommend knowing what you need and getting in and out if you're like me and get overstimulated easily.

Mixed feelings. Great floor service with plenty of floor staff keen to assist but let down at counter with queues and slow service. Open another register and get your counter staff to move quicker! FFS! Or is that your plan? Get a product in our hand and then n f's given after that?

Very rude and worst customer experience if asking for negotiations makes a customer silly than biggest silly are your staff.wrong people at wrong job.
