JB Hi-Fi

JB Hifi's online stock showing the product DJI Mini 3 Pro in Stock at Altona Home Maker Centre store was deceitful having seen it in stock at that store on the website and available to be picked up today made me spend the money. Few hours later I get a call from the store saying the website had issues therefore they don't have it in stock and I will either have to waite for few days or I can get the refund. And getting a refund doesn't happen straight away. Which means my money is stuck with JB Hifi for a week and so and they will be using my money in the meanwhile and I am out of pocket for the amount I spent on the Drone.

Very irresponsible and deceitful advertisement by JB Hifi.

I am not happy at all and I will get others to be careful when buying things from JB Hifi in the future.

I loved this place, purchased my favourite laptop from here. Good and decent customer service as well. All the best.

Always nice to visit here. Never overly packed, good amount of products.
Staff are super awesome and plenty of parking.

I would urge customers to exercise caution when shopping here. The staff were actively hard selling certain products in an effort to sell their older back stock. The representative attending to me was relentless. If you know what you are after place your order online and avoid the headache of shopping at this store.

Amazing store and provided all the help I needed to get the answers for a product I was going to buy. Really saved me the trouble from searching for it online. Here they provided demo of the device and got me interested in it too

One of the best JB shop in the west.i have closer JB shops near my home, but i would go to JB Altona anytime, Staffs are so much friendlier and helpfull. Keep it up guys.

Looks like a good place where to buy television and others devices and accessories. But the last time I was asking for a earbuds and nobody was free to help me. Finally a back home without my earbud.

Walked in ready to make a purchase, was ignored by all staff and nobody to help. Walked out, straight to good guys to only find the item for $100 cheaper

I needed to buy an Ipad for 1 specific app so just needed entry level.the Manager hovered around whilst a salesperson was doing a great job serving me.all manager was interested in was selling the most expensive and did not listen to what I was after so he was told to leave by me and then I purchased from the salesperson.retraining management to not come across as stalkerish may be a good Idea JB, staff are ok though

when Ive visited in-store or click and collect they have shown they are real, connected, quick and adaptable.not just customer service

Store layout like every other JB, didn't have what i was after and I wasn't approached by any members of the staff asking if I needed help.

Came here for click and collect and found it well set up. Only takes an hour or so to process the order and have it ready for collection.

Love JB Hi Fi the staff are really friendly & helpful none of its not my are can't help they will go out of there way to get the right person for that particular area of the store

Very disappointed, I waited for more than 15 min to be attended, staff were passing through but didn't bother to attend me. One of staff member said will be back and never came back. I went to same direction she went and found she was just talking & laughing with her colleague. Another staff member was paging to ask someone to attend me but no one came and at last after wasting my 20min i left the store.
Next day I travelled half an hour to werribee plaza store and will never go to Altona store.

Poor customer service. No one offered assistance even after requesting for it. Wasted time with these people. Handballers galore.

Dropped in for some help with a faulty item & the team member who assisted me (Kat) was really great. Very friendly, very helpful, 10/10 thank you
