Haven't picked our order up yet as our house is still getting built but we can't wait! Southbank store was helpful but the Derrimut crew were excellent! I have only delt with them over the phone but they were super kind and willing to help.

LOVE MY CHAIRS! Thank you for the great customer service at both stores and pickup was very easy and only had to wait about 5 mins for them to collect the items. When I was in store 3 different reps came over to see if I needed anything.:)

Products don't match description/Pictures.such a waste of time and effort.misleading consumers is not good.
