I’ve used this company twice. When things go right they are great to deal with. When there’s a problem… we’ll, all I can say is good luck.

I ordered a table which was both faulty and damaged. I lost count of the amount of hours lost attempting to return it and obtain a refund. I did eventually receive a refund but the whole process was a rather protracted ordeal and I will not be ordering from Interior Secrets again. I’d highly recommend you to reconsider if you are contemplating purchasing from them.

I've purchased a few pieces of furniture from Interior Secrets including a TV unit, dining table, bar stools and a side table. The quality of furniture is excellent and I love the aesthetic. The prices are excellent compared to other places for the quality and design. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Got a slight defect on the front of the unit, so we contacted the support and they quickly fixed the issue. Very happy with the unit and the support.

Wish I read the reviews before buying. They are definitely cheaply made knock offs

Tv cabinet was very expensive to begin with, as was the $250 delivery charge

Contacted them upon arrival saying the image portrayed is totally different to what arrived.

They never replied.

A week later messaged them again

To which they replied saying you have 48hrs to logde a return with us but you have to pay the $250 return then another $250 for the new item to be sent out.

Do yourself a favour a look else where, even it it is a bit more expensive at least you will get what you are paying for.

Won't order from them again.

This company was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process. I purchased one dining chair with the others on hold so that I could decide if they were the right fit and style for my existing table. The sales person made herself very available to speak to and liaise with me at every level. I ended up purchasing the remaining 5 chairs as they worked well. I would not hesitate to fully recommend Interior Secrets. Even the postage and delivery was very quick.
