Such a positive experience! Our delivery estimate came back rather high so I contacted the company directly and they were most helpful, sourcing a second more competitive quote for delivery. The table we purchased is such great quality! I would recommend interior secrets to family and friends.

Great price, the table was as exactly described. There was a problem with the delivery (caused by the delivery company), but with the help and support from Interior Secrets it was promptly dealt with and we got our beautiful table. Thank you Interior Secrets, great job.

We recently purchased a TV entertainment unit from Interior Secrets. We hired a van large enough for the unit, and spent the good part of the afternoon transporting/collecting it from their warehouse 2 hours away from home. Upon unboxing, we were dissapointed to find that 3 of the legs had major imperfections in them (i.e. Cracks, chips, fault lines) including a chunk of timber taken out of one of the legs. How this had got through their QA is beyond us.

We immediately wrote to Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange the unit for us as the same unit would not be in stock for almost 5 month. They offered us a $150 refund to keep the $1100 broken unit which was quite insulting to be honest, and so we respectfully declined.

It has been almost 2 weeks at the time of this review and Interior Secrets have advised that are still in the process of organising collection from our house while it is taking up half of our living room, still in its box. This whole experience has been very unpleasant for us and has been a major inconvinience for us.

Unfortunately, we will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.

We purchased our dining table from these guys after finding that they had a show room. When we arrived we were met by Helen and let me just say what a fabulous service she provided. Nothing was too much trouble, she was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to assist us. Honestly could not recommend these guys enough. We absolutely adore our new table and cannot thank her enough for being so wonderful and easy to work with.

As we are in a pandemic it’s expected that items won’t always arrive when we want them to! Interior Secrets have been great at keeping me informed about product delays so they are really thinking about the customer and my expectations. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing. Stunning range at Interior Secrets! I purchased a 3 Piece Dinner set and it arrived well packed, fast (Even during a Pandemic) and so well made. The set looks gorgeous. I'll definitely be back for more!

Placed a order on 21/8/21 for TV unit which stated estimated delivery 8/10/21. After several delays it finally arrived on 10/11/2021, I was not home at the time of delivery so told the delivery driver to leave it at the front door. After arriving home the box was nowhere to be seen, I called the driver and questioned him he then said it has to be there and to send a picture of the front of my house, after doing so he said he left it at the neighbours house, after going there my neighbour said the truck driver knocked over her letterbox.
I found the box standing on it's side and not bottom-up.after turning it to it's bottom to only find the box was damaged.
I opened the box and found the TV unit broken.

EDIT: Bill contacted me the next day about getting a replacement unit, 7 days later the unit was changed over. The situation was handled very professional in regards of replacement and it was easy to work with them.

Ordered the Katherine Tv Unit online and received a shipping confirmation the next day. My order was delivered 3 days later which was really fast. The product was packaged really well and the product quality was excellent.
The unit came almost completely assembled so it only took 5 minutes to put together.
Would definitely recommend this business.

There was great choice of product, and the ordering process was easy and efficient. My only complaint would be the excessive delivery fee. Over $200 which I thought was too much. In saying that, I do love my piece of furniture and I would definitely shop here again.
