I couldn’t speak more highly of Interior Secrets. Their service was excellent and our couch came within a week! So impressed, will be shopping with them again!

Absolutely outstanding service. I had previously ordered a desk through another company, but it got delayed and I urgently needed a new desk so I could work from home during lockdown. I ordered the Isotta 123cm Walnut desk from Interior Secrets, and explained my situation, and they very kindly sped up the order and it arrived at my house 48 hours after ordering! Truly above and beyond, and I am so grateful. The desk itself is stunning, so well designed and built, study, and very easy to put together. Everyone I've shown it to has loved it! Thanks team for an amazing experience. Can't wait to buy my next piece of furniture from you)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THE item was damaged on delivery and upon contacting the store they wouldn’t refund me stating it was me who damaged the item. The head office was hopeless on the phone and told me to email for further questions without a proper explanation. Very upset and I stress again, do not buy from here

One dining chair was damaged due to the way they were packed. Each carton contains two chairs stacked on top of each, however there wasn't any packing between chairs resulting in a chip on one chairs back seat. Unfortunately, due to the delivery terms I missed the right to return the product as I didn't open and check the cartons until two weeks after delivery.

Bought a gold and glass coffee table with console table from them. Just in few months I started to see the frame colour fade and rusty on some parts. All I use to clean is windex for the glass and they just brush off the complaints! I even asked if they are fix it and they said no there is no fix. Such a bad experience! This was my worst regret buying furniture from them.

Can only comment on service at this stage which was excellent. Table is still boxed as it’s being stored. Won’t get to open it until November! Hope is perfect then.

Have been eyeing off a few of their products for a while but a pretty average customer service experience has encouraged me to look elsewhere.bought a side table online a week ago, 2 days later I received an email advising that they have to check they actually have it. 3 days after that I receive an email saying they don't have it. The correspondence was pretty average with no mention of an apology for the inconvenience or anything along those lines, basically just a "we don't have it so we'll have to refund you". Will shop elsewhere where stock levels are accurately reflected and better customer service is provided.

I was so pleased to find this product online in the colour I wanted, and at the best price too! The company kept me informed of the ordre staus, and delivery was really prompt. Great quality table and a good company to deal with.

Be very careful of purchasing from this place!

I received an email from them yesterday saying a coffee table I had been waiting to come back in stock was now 'In Stock'. I jumped online and ordered it within two hours. No mention of delivery times but in this COVID environment you expect 4-8 weeks delivery time. Only today (the day after I have purchased it) do I receive an email from them saying it is on 'Pre Order' and 'expected delivery is 16 Nov 2020'!

Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling.their customer service support is unapologetic and won't answer why I was told in writing by them only yesterday that the table was now 'In Stock', their response from them is 'Do you want a refund'?

What I wanted was honesty from the beginning!

Will never be buying from them again and make sure you have a screen shot or something in writing from them before you purchase what the delivery date is as 'In Stock' to them apparently means 'Pre Order and wait 4 months'!

Excellent quality furniture! It can sometimes be difficult to judge online shopping quality although we have now purchased quite a few items and the quality has always been amazing! Very happy customer.

We purchased a white desk for our work, and some section of the white veneer has gone yellow, and some have stayed white.
