Visited the cafe, the fish and chips meal looked great and decent on the menu but the fish in real life is so small like fish sticks. Also had to wait 5 minutes while they cooked more and it wasn't like they were busy and had sold out. Also no cutlery. Could make the fish portions a little bigger. This meal should really be on the kids menu.

I always come here wanting something but leave with a car boot full of stuff. I really like shopping here and the service at least from my experience has been very good. I only wish that the cafe had more variety of food.

Since I can't give half a star. The most incompetent staff who answer the phones, after a 20+ minute wait, the man hundreds up on me when I was enquiring about assembly and how to return the product. 17 pages of rubbish on how to out a couch together. Pathetic-train your staff especially not to hang up on people!
Never again will I visit &will tell everyone not to shop here.
Cheap &nasty!

Always a fun place to visit (so many ideas!). Cafeteria generally has decent food for a resonable price. Waiting to see what their future solar offer looks like.

Love visiting IKEA store at Richmond. A good place to pass the time, great decor ideas, good value for money. Ikea has really nice stuff. Love Ikea candles.

I tried to call to simply change my Ikea Family address but was on hold for 10mins before I gave up. Before you say, hey you can do that online. I tried that too beforehand and have been waiting for an hour for my new password. Too hard.

A super fun and huge space to explore and you could truly spend hours there! The pricing for parking is also very reasonable! (Until you hit the 4 or 5+ hour mark). Staff and helpful and the food and food pricing is as amazing as everybody has heard. The place is set out really wonderfully, but there are small areas that trolleys won't fit inbetween and it was really hard to find a place to put the trolley at the end of the journey. But nonetheless, it's awesome!

It's ikea. It has ikea things in it. It has the biggest maze in the southern hemisphere. The maze is the path you must follow to get out once you enter. Try your hardest to buy just the one thing you were after.you will talk out with a new bedroom suit you didn't know you needed.

Nice cheap meals. Good place to kill a bit of time on a lousy day. Week days only weekends a nightmare.

Customer service is atrocious. I'm sorry.
But I guess we're here for the furniture. Not much of a choice in Melbourne.

It's IKEA what more can I say? Would be nice if they had everything in the one building instead of having to go down the back streets to the warehouse but otherwise all good

Having to drive here was annoying but collection is made easier this way. I'm not sure but from my own experience the order was turned over quickly. It was in and out but for larger orders I don't know. The ikea at Springvale is extremely slow.

I had a confusing experience trying to find the entrance to the pick up/drop off zone, as I had parked in a different carpark to the IKEA one. Easier signage or handouts on how to get to this zone would be great. I did appreciate the trolley minder that IKEA had supplied.

At least the staff told me the shortcut to get out, but it took 20 minutes of hassling to get them to find the stock i wanted to see. If you can possibly think of an alternate plan - sleep on the floor! - don't go here

Best place to buy furniture and wide range of variety in bedding and house interiors. In my home most of the products werebought from Ikea and we love it

They send you across Richmond to another store for some items. And you cannot take trolleys out to your car.
