Didn't have what I went there for
they were out of stock
I was looking for plumbing parts for a bathroom vanity but the IKEA website wasn’t very helpful. Also, instore assistance when looking for parts is not helpful. Based on website photos I paid for and picked up the parts from the warehouse only to realise it was the wrong part.
In steps Sam who was super helpful and friendly and showed amazing perseverance to sort out my problem and to find the right part in the end. Such relief and most appreciative of her assistance.
Surprisingly efficient, and very close to the Richmond IKEA store. After a staff members created a Sales Order at the Richmond store, we paid and made our way over to the IKEA warehouse. Our order, along with many others, was already grouped onto a trolley for us ready for collection.
Once again we visit Ikea. Yes bought furniture. Yes I got another Alan key to add to my collection. Went to a nearby warehouse to collect the goods. The system worked well. I have built half so far.other half is tomorrow's project. There is a pleasure I get putting this stuff together. Is it because I used to have a Matador & Meccano set as a kid? I dunno.
Waited 1 hr for someone to help us in the cupboard section. There is a shortage of staff which is very frustrating.
Photos inaccurate, it is only a collection point for large items according to staff. Does not close at 10 as listed either. Signage indicates 9: 30
I bought full set of living room cabinet for wall to hug up.cost me over $2100. I paid assemble fee as well, They organized assemble and just one day before We booked day we' ve got email say can not come tmw!
I call IKEA VIC.never connect line! They should call me and apologize and re-book call! DO'nt order them!
Currently on the phone, been waiting 1 hour to talk to someone as my order has been in transit for the last 9 days.the original purchase date was 6th of oct! No request for call back, no estimated wait time for someone to pick up the phone. This company is happy to take your money but won't follow through on service delivery.
Recently I called ikea Store on their customer service number first of all waiting period was 1hour and 30 mins and secondly the customer care representatives was so rude that without resolving my issues he disconnected my call.
I recently bought a bed I m surprised that I paid extra for the slat which is part of the bed it wasn't mentioned by their sales assistants inside the store.
Well I figure out buy expensive but never buy from ikea.

Purchased a couple of minor items over a month ago for delivery. Checking the tracking - items haven’t even been picked yet when apparently it was in stock when I placed the order.
Live chat and over the phone - I’ve waited for hours and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to provide me any updates or assistance. Won’t be ordering from IKEA again.
Extremely poor customer service. First time witnessed a customer service manager has no anger management and resilience. Misusing the power of denying entry to unvaccinated customers. Shame. Upper management needs to look in to the matter. Teaming up and humiliating customers is never seen elsewhere.
For some reason click and collect was closed at 2pm today.no communication, no announcement, no IKEA representative, no updates on the website.just wasted my time today.
Very limited car parking/access, the car park is not level and the trolleys not have brakes, so be warned! However, if you wait until Ikea text you to tell you your items are ready for pick-up, you can be in and out in a flash.

Ikea is thief. Worse customer service ever and worse gift card police ever for COVID lock down. Ikea Springvale just steal my $250 refund card by refuse use online and refuse to extend for lock down. And customer service is worse than a $2 shop. Need 30 minuets of search to know where is the option. And Nik Sheri refuse transfer me to complain department and refuse to give me reference number and refuse to ask others. It can’t be worse. You did it again Ikea.
Received email to click and collect on Sunday from 2: 00 PM till 07: 00 PM, reached Richmond store at 4: 30 PM and the staff mentioned that the store is closed.horrible customer service and misleading email received by IKEA
Very bad delivery service. Haven't recieved my items after almost 2 months. They send you many stupid texts but nothing really to deliver your parcel. You cannot track your order, and practically you cannot call them. You call then wait for 30 40 mins no one answering.
Have previously had good experiences with IKEA but recent online shopping has been ridiculously disappointing.
It's an IKEA what more can I say.
Either start at the top or take the stairs down to the first floor and cut through to the checkout.
One day the breakfast will be back on and that is a good treat on a Sunday morning.
Also get some meatballs and sauce behind the registers on the first floor. You won't regret them on a cold night.
Really disappointed with Ikea atm. I'm aware it's not Ikea's fault we are in lockdown, but to charge customers who bother jumping through hoops to do a click and collect seems really unfair; I didn't choose lockdowns either. Big business should be grateful they have customers and not charging for the inconvenience of click and collect.
After problems with the Ikea help line, and and hour with the retail store staff in Richmond, the staff on duty here were both professional and polite.
However, the on duty security staff member was allowing unmask customers onto the store with a word.
