116Hit and miss. Slow, process to wait for your order to be “picked” during peak times. Adds extra annoyance to already stressful IKEA experience.

Very inconvenient location if a thing you buy is not available in the main store at Vic Garderns
I didn't know this place existed. Great service just remember not to leave your receipt in the car.
Easy parking and helpful staff. You'd really only come here to pick up something that wasn't kept in store at the Victoria Gardens IKEA.
As I found out, you can buy rope and roof tarps for transporting large items safely.
Warehouse is good to deal with, but it would be far easier if this was done onsite at the main store.
Located very close to Richmond IKEA store. 30 mins parking out front for customers collecting goods. Items were waiting on a trolley when I arrived. Very quick and courtious processing.
This is a separate warehouse where some bulky items need to be collected. A lot easier to get to than it looks and very well organised when you do. Totally painless experience. Note you still need to purchase items in the main ikea store this is for pickup only of some select items.
Ikea is stuffed. It takes over an hour to make and pick up a purchase, you have to queue up to get the purchase docket, then you queue up to make a payment, then you have to travel to an external warehouse and queue up again. Thanks, but no thanks.
On the app and website you have stock. I drive all the way but they are not on the shelf. Before update the system make sure product s are on the shelf.
Firstly I got there 10 mins before closing time so I didnt do too much damage this time around.

Couldn't find what I was looking for and after the 15th lap around I was done!

Nice staff but annoying to have to traips around Richmond. Especially after now having to pay for parking just to find out you have to drive to the warehouse.
Nothing better to test a relationship than walking around IKEA with your partner!
This one is really as good as any other IKEA. The dining hall seems to have recently been redecorated, it's great!
They have almost everything you could need or want for your home or office. Their range of options and variety of products never ends, and the way they display it makes it super easy to know what you're buying and how it will look and feel.
Lots of ideas, bargains plus practical things and I enjoyed my tour of the store as a first time visitor. Easy to see why people go there for inspiration
I have just wasted 2 hours of my life waiting for IKEA to answer the phone. My Dishwasher (bought Nov 2017) is broken and I need them to organize a service visit. Cant do it via email.

Massive store! Brilliant space and well maintained, heaps of furniture and variety and worth the price you pay for. Points are lost however for the customer service and experience.
As a customer, any rating for me is based on experience and in that Ikea was a nightmare. There are no directions or guidances to where to go what to do, there is no staff around to ask what's going on. The staff that are present are horribly rude and I'll mannered (some of them don't even have the courtesy to look at a customer when they talk). Either they are trained badly or they just hate life at work. Both ways it's an organisations responsibility to assess that, it shouldn't make life hell for a customer.
Great if you need temporary furniture and homewares. I personally have never purchased anything from IKEA that has ever lasted a decent amount of time.
Not impressed! Prices are too high forwhat it is and dont eat here if your gluten free unless you want salmon/vegies or salad.thats the extent of the options! Come on ikea! Get with the times!
