Never have the shake and ice cream machine working, most times only 2 flavors of frozen drinks working, then to top it off half the time in drive though the eftpos machine is down without even a sign up. The slowest and rudest customer service in all the drive through in the area. The Indian girl working there wearing a black shirt, lovepreet I’m pretty sure, nothing but a rude mole

Today I otderd your two dollar chips in a bun it was cold so told they would reheat it I asked for a fresh one but I feel they just put some other chips in it was totally discusting Will never go back again regards Jacqui Gullick

The manager is an arogant human who shouldn't be in that role and the way he treats his staff is appalling. It taked ages to get your food and when you do get it its half cold not going to eat there again what a wate of space

3 items ordered and they still stuffed it up. How hard can it be. Took incorrect item back then waited as other items grew cold. Requested refund for incorrect item and suddenly correct item appeared. I feel sorry for young staff having a duty manager who basically could not give 2 f's about customer service.

My order was cancelled twice on menu log with no reason. I called menu log and they spoke to hungry jacks there was no reason for them to cancel there will be an investigation. Really not happy

Ordered from Menulog (which I don’t normally do).
I requested NO MAYO on whopper, guess what? Yep got mayo.
Nuggets were stone cold.
Other burgers weren’t much warmer.
Only decent part was the drinks were still cold.

After a 30 minute wait in drive thru we left with cold food that obviously gets cooked when you place your order but sits there for half an hour until you eventually get to it. Attitude from the staff with no interaction or acknowledgement whatsoever. Overcooked cold oily food with greasy staff

23/12/19 Ordered a Whopper with Cheese & reg chips. Had to wait 10 mins. Not overly busy. Chips were barely warm & stuck together in a clump. Burger was stone cold, including the meat! Disgusting place for alleged fast food. NEVER AGAIN! I advise to steer clear of this dump.

How is that I wait 15 minutes for a burger that I ordered through the online app an somehow the Pattie is more fitting as a roof tile than as something I'm supposed to eat

Today in the afternoon, I visited Hungry Jacks at Cranbourne. While waiting at the counter the ladies inside where doing some ceiling cleaning with a mop stick. The food such as the bun, burgers, cheese where all exposed while the ladies were cleaning, It was disgusting. I asked them if they knew what they are doing and what Food safety and hygiene protocols are they following.

With being a fast food "restaurant" I usually don't have high expectations but this place lowered them even more. I ordered the 'Tendercrisp Avocado BLT Wrap' at around 11: 40pm to 12: 10am, the restaurant was not busy, no one in front of me and only 1 car behind myself. I made my order picked up my food and when I arrived home I opened the unusually small wrap. Once I peeled back the wrapper the wrap itself burst open and I had a "lovely" (not really) visual of the contents. There was a brown blob of "avocado" right in the middle, a few strands of lettuce, a few tiny pieces of tomato and what looked like a chicken patty that had been physically ripped in half and tossed in. The worst part was the flavorless mush that filled my mouth once I took a bite. The WHOLE wrap was awful and looked absolutely nothing like the image as advertised, they didn't even try. I also order FRESH chips with extra salt, how did I receive my chips? Cold & stale.they at least remembered to salt them.
Not very happy at all, this is not the first time that I've experienced such laziness at this specific Hungry Jacks restaurant. I will definitely not be coming back here, an absolute waste of money.

Took 25min for drive through service. There was no interaction with me as the customer. The young lady at the window had a sour expression on her face. She just shoved the bag at me and turned her face sideways because she didn't want to greet me.

Doesn't deserve any stars, asked for coffee with sugar got coffee NO sugar so something simple is beyond that person and took over 7 minutes to get food but we have to put 1 star to post this information

The worst customer service ever based on several experiences. Last week they completely forgot my whopper and coke order and this was the last straw (no pun intended).

Absalute rubbish. Get home fromthe drive through to find out my burger had no sauce on it the onion rings are way over cooked and dark brown our two cokes are warm and have no ice in them. Absalutly terrible.

Go in about once in two weeks to grab a bite, under the worst management! Every single time (not even sarcasm) get given the wrong meal or something is missing, its like they have a policy where they charge but dont provide. Today I had the manager serve me with so much attitude and to top it off he gave me my meal with something missing. Another time I went in and staff member gave me the wrong stuff and blamed me saying I had said something else charging me double the price. Store needs new staff members for sure.

My partner just brought me a completely inedible whopper meal! There were 9 gherkins on the burger along with half a jar of mayonnaise. It was that bad the bun disintegrated from the mayo, the chips had that much salt on they too were inedible. Never again!

Pretty bad to walk in with your son and a young staff member is chatting away using profanity instead of serving meanwhile a queue has formed to the door. Went thru the drive thru instead and got jammed in that queue as well. To top it off you used to be able to swap your coke for a sundae got told could only do a shake instead.get to pay window and got charged $2 extra for the shake.so, why couldn't I pay extra for the sundae? Store has gone downhill big time.
