This Hungry Jacks has got to have the worst customer service in the area. Will the restaurant manager has a care factor of zero and acts like your money is worth nothing to him.

Dismal. I wish I’d read these reviews first. The food was terrible, my order was wrong. Like seriously it’s not hard to put a burger together, no excuse as the place was dead, they weren’t in a rush. I haven’t been to a HJ in years. Now I remember why and apparently I picked the worst one to go to.

I had chicken burger yes it was so soggy and can smell the oil but chips was really good and fresh

Worst experience from a fast food restaurant ever! I expected more from the manager in charge named Will for a complaint about their food. Took no responsibility for his cree and instead shifted the blame on to me for coming in and disrupting the workplace because I had a genuine complain. Overall rude and unprofessional customer service

The fat lady who in front never use gloves she directly taught the food and again taught his face and body really disgusting

This is one of the most consistent restaurants in Cranbourne North. The vegetarian burgers always come out soggy and the order for fries with no salt always arrives with salt. It seems they have too many orders hence Hi, or any other greeting is irrelevant.

The most disgusting hungry jacks threw the whole meal away the maggot making the meals should have their heads kick in waste of money stay away

Ordered 2 spicy Crispy Chicken burgers and a normal Crispy Chicken burger to try after seeing the advertisement, knowing fully well it won't even come close to what they show. True to word, it was an utter flop. My chicken piece was half the size of the bun and was surrounded by this thick, not so crispy coating that was decidedly deceiving how small the chicken was inside. To top it all off, there were about 5 small pieces of shredded iceberg lettuce stuck to the top half of the bun with a smidgen of mayo? And that was just my burger. I don't need to mention how bad the other two were too. No flavour, and no seasoning either. Just waste of money. Wish I took some photos.
Some may say, what can you expect from places like these.but wouldn't you expect your money's worth and some satisfaction for what you pay. We don't go for fast food very often. I think we'll stay away from these places from now on.

I love this hungry jacks. Most of the time they get the order right and it's usually well cooked and hot

Very poor service, poor quality. I understand they have new staff but atleast provide good food so that we would also corporate.

Was understaffed when we went on a Saturday. I asked the lady who served me is it always like this to which she responded "yes". Due to being understaffed the dining area has rubbish and uncleaned tables everywhere. Put on more staff Hungry Jacks. Food was still nice

Consistent quality and service, since we've been visiting here. Parking and access can be difficult however (due to Homemaker Centre location).

Unfortunately, the review I’m about to leave my local Hungry Jacks restaurant here in Cranbourne - which is located up at the Homemaker Centre on the Sth Gippsland Hwy, in Cranbourne North, will be a negative one. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews either! So, this is not enjoyable for me! But I’ve found that the service I’ve been receiving here to be so average lately & slow & even rude at times, that I’ve got to say something! Not only that, but I could look past that if the quality of food I’ve been given has been pretty good. But it’s been so blah, that I’m sorry but I don’t recommend eating here at all at the moment. I’m only “callin it, how’s I sees it! ” though. But because I’ve been so disappointed with this store lately, I decided that after my last visit - I wouldn’t be coming back here again for a while. ️

OMG, that breakfast was completely vile. Nothing stood out as being actually edible. It was all uniformly dreadful and I won't be trying that yuk again from any of their outlets. HIDEOUS!

Order was for 2 they managed to stuff up on both of them then just said bad luck after many visits to this store wont be back
