These guys put Clyde North McDonalds to shame in regards to service and food. Got a whopper here, swear to god it was so fresh you’d think they’re slaughtering the cows right there in the kitchen.

The filthy staff were playing on the ground with a (kids toy they must give away) with blue gloves on then thought it was a good idea to then touch my food after being on the floor then continue to play with toy on food preparation bench

These people are so lovely. My 13 year old autistic son has been going through this drive through for 8 years now. Since he could ask for chips. They are always happy to hand his bag of chips to him via back window. Great staff
This must seriously be the worst hungry jacks store I’ve been too. They are so slow, can’t even manage their drive through in order of when cars arrive and customer service is terrible with drive through staff sounding like they don’t even want to be there!
More often that not, they don't give your right order.often there is a burger or a side order missing

New digital ordering system was a bit crammed in at the entry way. Apart from that restaurant area was clean and tidy loads of seating.

It has been a long time since we ordered HJ's. In all honesty while we do enjoy it, the cost is out of our range. Today I utilised the app. Through the app deals I managed to get a medium chicken pops meal, a medium chicken royal meal & a small whopper jnr cheese meal for $15.95! It pays to be savvy. The food was hot & fresh. The store was very clean, the play area was spotless. The staff were friendly, helpful, quick & attentive to assure any issues were quickly resolved. We ordered a raspberry Fanta as one of our drinks but they were out of the raspberry which was our only issue, not really an issue though.
The toilets were utilised which were surprisingly very clean.
Ordered sml jr whopper meal online and picked up through the drive through.
Drove off, checked the bag… NO CHIPS. Drove back and asked for the missing chips to be upgraded to a large for the inconvenience. She said “no”…workers behind her giggling. I asked for a manager and her reply was “I am the manager” and took the bag with my lonely burger and said she would get my chips. Her and the other workers all laughing and smirking. She passes the bag out, I drive off…. COLD Small chips in the bag. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COLD FOOD. UNIMPRESSED
Why they are showing 24 hour service on Friday and Saturday night, when we go in between 2 am- 6 am, they always have same excuse system updating. Really, very bad service
The Speakers at drive-through you can't hear and the staff don't even wanna speak up

24 hrs only when it's convenient for them. Shop lights on, drive through menu illuminated, but not open despite signs saying 24 hrs.very questionable
Food is served up tepid and sloppy presentation. The ice cream machine hasn't worked for years. Just to.lazy to fill it.
