Hungry Jack's Burgers Cranbourne North

I ordered a Large Sprite, along with food, however it didn't taste like Sprite at all, tasted real watered down and just tasted like ice. Had the exact same issue from this store several months ago. Not good enough. I demand an explanation as to why they keep screwing up with the drinks!

I have order 3 veggie burgers and they serve me cold burgers.
I don’t know what they think.
I am spending money for eating cold burgers?

And after i told them about this they warm my burgers in served me
What rubbish! Are they think They are smart, seriously.

The late shift drive thru guy worst customer service in the world. You do t speak at all you stick the eftpos machine they the window with out greeting or advising the cost. If you hate your job so much and do t have any customer service go work in a morgue or get a job as a funeral director

After waiting in a non moving drive thru queue for 10 minutes, I was held up again by the server taking the order of the person next to me despite them pulling up to the speaker box after me.

When I did finally get up to window, the server was meandering around, no rush, and I ended up waiting another 5 or so before he finally came over to take my payment, and ended up messing up order anyway.

Never again will I go back to this store.

Shocking service food is always cold and staff don't seem to give a dam knock it down and put a maccas there it will be better off thank you

You lot are really dropping the ball atm, excuses of "some products are not available" are bs.ie burger with no mayo and minimal tomato sauce, pickles tasting odd, crummy ends of tomatoes.etc etc.
Please train your 16 year old kids to be more consistant with their preperation of the food.

I was 2 min late for breeky menu because they have rush in drive thru so I asked for wrap she said rudely it’s only till 11 rude staff

I ordered the Roadhouse Jack's fried chicken burger and got the normal one without the bacon. I was hungry in the end, so I ate it but was disappointed. I waited a long time in the drive through and confirmed the order three times before receiving it. Also it wasn't hot, just warm. I appreciate that it was busy but still.

Under staffed, but the young girl on was really making the best effort to accommodate everyone. Food was great.

Try and come here for breakfast through the advertised 24 hour drive through and um the whole damn store is closed.countless times never ice cream even in winter.always give wring orders and what is with taking customers phones for pay wave.just put the eftpos machine out the window

Went in just to get a drink. If you like every surface to be sticky then this is where you should be. The floor was sticky, the doors, every surface was disgusting. Don’t even ask about the toilets. They were in un-usable. I left feeling like I needed a shower and full body sanitizer. Scary they make food in there

Had ask for a seat to be cleaned as it was wet from someone else drink and the tables are filthy the worker wiped the seat down and left the table dirty and some people don't even have face mask on what a disappointment and covid 19 hot spot yuk

Finally I found a hidden jem in crimebourne and this place was not it. At first I was impressed that we could fit out sprinter through the drive through. Once we received our meals we parked up to enjoy our meals with a panoramic view of Sth Gippsland highway. The burgers were extra saucy, and the chips were dry and salty. No longer than 20 minutes had passed before we both regretted our decision. Iv decided not to eat hungry jacks for 12 months, thanks.

Do NOT order food from here. Staff take bites out of your burger and the incompetent manager laughs in your face and will accuse you of lying instead of dealing with the issue and getting to the bottom of it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. This is the trenches avoid this place at all costs.

I visit this HJ very sporadically but whenever I do they always seem to run out of rebel whopper patties which requires me to substitute for veggie burgers.
In the last 4 times I have been there 3 had to be substituted.
Either they're really popular at this store or they aren't ordering enough for that store.

Ordered 2 double burgers through uber eats, but i recieved a burger with 4 patties and my second burger with 1 patty and barely any lettuce, it took 1h 30m+ even though i live 5 minutes away, avsolutely ahocking service

Alright service, sometimes you get the odd young person who isn't very customer friendly.
Foods ok, better than other hungry jacks in surrounding suburbs.

Can't say too much, it's a hungry jacks, it's a fast food restaurant, it's almost the same as the others.

Worst drive through experience today at hungry jacks cranbourne, I had an easy app purchase ready and still waited in the line for over 20 minutes, I promised my kids one of the sour frozen drinks that are advertising everywhere, they were so excited, after waiting 20+ mins I got to the last window to be told they had none, my kids very disappointed. I had also ordered a small iced coffee I didn't receive, after telling them my order again I finally got the iced coffee and it was absolutely gross, no cream on top as the picture shows, so so disappointed, what a waste of money and time. Don't advertise what you can't give. You've lost my business.

Had an Uber Eats delivered. Order was wrong (we ordered 4 Storms). Our order was 2 M&Ms, 1 Oreo and 2 Flakes with topping, and we Got 3 M&Ms, 1 flake and no Oreo. Missed order notes about extra topping on the flakes. When we got them they looked like milkshakes instead of ice cream, so all melted. Had to go down to the store and get order fixed up. Girl who fixed up order was nice, but manager did not even try, could not get order right, did not know who delivered it. So I payed a service charge and delivery charge for something I had to end up going to the store myself to get fixed up. I also had to put up with a rude manager who did not even want to help he could not even bother to talk to us or even look at the right order.

Rude staff, confused staff, not welcoming no hi no helo, they messed up i was in drive through placed order. When i approached window there was girl she very confused they don’t communicate with each other one girl gave me drink and other girl said wait for your coke i said i got it she was quite and looking at us when i asked is at all can i go then other child came and said drive through she was talking to next customer they need strong training bad communication. 28.nov. 2021 around 21: 15 to 21: 30. They gave me slurpee straw, no salt on fries, no serviets, i told put peri peri sauce they put bbq and peri peri both. Never gonna come again.
