Hungry Jack's

You can be waiting for a while if there is a line waiting to order and, this Hungry Jacks often has a queue.

My local fast food, I only go there when I am running out of options.

Last time I went there I had items missing but because I used drive through, it was difficult to turn around and go back.

Inside the restaurant it can be dirty especially at night.

Staff are usually friendly though.

Good food I meant to say fresh food
Good staff
Easily available like fast service
Clean and clear that area
Good parking space

Hash browns taste fatty, not crispy. Tostie was soggy and squashed. Coffee was watery & tasteless. I did not finish any of it. Confused service.
Back to Macca's.

Got short changed by $30.gave girl $50 got change for $20.no one there would do any thing.rubbish.thieves

Unfortunately, everything I ordered tasted like it had been left out for a while. Chips were cold and soggy, chicken nuggets were cold and chewy and the burger was cold with a stale bun.

I don't expect a michelin star meal from Hungry Jack's but it was quite disappointing that nothing in my order tasted remotely fresh.

However, the girl at the drive through was extremely polite and friendly so they regain a star for that.

Very very unprofessional staff (Mayank - Hoddle Street Hungry Jacks). Very rude to customers. Says customers, “DON’T RAISE YOUR VOICE”.
No name tag for him. When asked for the name tag, he says, “I DON’T HAVE IT AND I DON’T NEED IT”.

I sometimes buy breakfast from here, mostly on weekends and mostly the muffin was overcooked and cold and coffee was also cold with cold and soggy hash brown but the worst thing is the attitude of store manager he is so rude and always serve you like he is doing us a favor by serving us so change your attitude or find some other jobs

Was given the wrong burger, chips were cold (as were my partner's), staff were very unprofessional, won't be going back

Great fast services offered by these kids. Vouchers for vege burgers need to be offered more regularly on the Hungry Jack's vouchers that they email out as there are never any and you can't tell me it costs more to make a veggie burger then it costs to make a meat meal. Some stores however recognise this unfairness and will give you a discounted veggie burger meal using a meat meal voucher. Thank you!

Lovely place, never had any complaints about the food. Chips are always hot and crispy, not like the soggy stuff you get sometimes from Mc Donald's

Onion rings taste like warm batter. Don't think it's cooked long enough.

Would've ordered a cup of hot chocolate, but I'm not confident enough to take a second hit.:/

Often left sitting for ages at the drive thru order intercom because no one has thought to put a sign up saying it’s not working. Then when we order at the window it seems the employees don’t know their own menu.

Just bought a breakfast meal. The ham & cheese toasty was cold and soggy, one slice was just bread, not toasted at all. There was a piece of ham that covered about 1/4 of the sandwich only. It was Unbelievable that they’d give this to people. Also the hash browns were very undercooked too. This is the worst restaurant I have Ever been to. They shouldn’t even be trading. I have photos too.

The service is quick, the staff know what they're doing and you get exactly what you paid for without hassle

Nine times out of 10 you drive by Hungry Jack's and all it does is make you feel affirmed for making healthier dinner choices lately and you get a nice feeling of doing pretty OK even if you still need to cut down on snacking and the wine.
Every so often, however, you will pass by and the smell of onion rings will hit you at a soul level and you will beg to be washed against the rocks of this deliciousness.

On each of these ten occasions, you get a nice little moment.
