Hungry Jack's

Staff appeared unorganised, I had to ask for the childrens drink even after the manager had checked the order and then once on the road they had forgotten the child's toy.
What's the point of checking the order if you don't actually check?

Never back again, waiting 15 min without taking orders they just care about delivery not about the customers inside, very dirty place rubbish everywhere.

I wouldn't eat here after seeing how disgusting their toilets are. If a store like hungry jacks doesnt appreciate to clean their toilets for their customers then eating there would never be an option. I have pics available which i will post.

Waiting 15 minutes. Still not taking order. Not even talk for wait a second. Service is super slow. Never come again. Monday 29/7/2019. Manager do shjt all time. So lazy manager

Great service and response time. Only downer was the amount of smoke in the air upon arrival. Presumably from cleaning?

Out of MacDonalds, KFC, red roster and its self it is the best.there placed in convenient places across Melbourne.

Very disappointed with the food quality. Bought a vegan cheeseburger in which they putted nearly frozen veggie pattie (wasn't cooked properly). I've been there second time and showed to manager and repeated same thing.

Food was good for a HJ's, but in order to get $200 cash out I had to complete 4 transactions as the max was $50. Although we got it done it was a waste of time, I was happy to buy 4 items on a single transaction, would have been the same money spent!
But friendly staff nonetheless.

Worst service. There was no customer but still it took them 30mins to prepare the meal, staff is so unprofessional.

Had to wait 12 minutes before my order was taken and there was 1 other customer in front of me. The Manager seemed interested in his computer screen rather than organizing his team members.

Good proper burgers, fresh and its fill you up, not like big Mac! Which you only get 3 or 4 bites out of it and its gone! If you want a proper burger, I recommend Hungry Jack

Trying to reduce my demands on the planet so was pleased to see that Hungry Jack's had introduced a vegan burger.
Sadly.the proof was in the eating.vegan cheese that refused to melt, a patty that was far from enjoyable taste and texture wise: (

About what you'd expect from Hungry jacks. Tasty burgers, fries, drinks.ect.
Local junkies are always entertaining

Bought bacon delux medium meal, got medium coke, the chips was small and bacon was luxury. Ask to use the toilet, but was told " it's closed for cleaning for the night". Nearly lost my snickers, the floor was so sticky, counters not cleaned the floor near sliding door disgusting. Don't go to this place.

I visited hungry jacks last night.i cann’t remember the name of the manager, and i experienced worst customer service ever from Hungry Jacks.she (manager) is very rude and not polite at all.and cann’t even take order properly. It would be better if she gets training again in customer service.

Most of the time good, some times get it wrong or cold. More often than not though, they deliver:)

. I visited hungry jacks like 3-4 times but last time they did something really shocking. Let me tell u I am vegetarian. I ordered vege wopper and they gave me burgers with beef patty in it. I am giving 3 stars because before this incident every time I been to this place they gave me nice food with nice smiles on their face. This happened at 4: 00 am in the morning.
