Hungry Jack's

Bit scungy. Food OK but venue is so so.
The best HJ's is Morley Western Australia - don't know why or how but they rock.

Good Place. Fast and efficient. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Nice small dining section that's not cramped but cosy.

Like all hungry Jack's stores they offer the same menu Australia wide however this store is quite small compared to other like stores, the staff are friendly most of the time. All in all its hungry Jack's

Dunno why I’m reviewing this really but don’t really have much else to do just sitting in the car - busy drive thru, extremely mediocre vegetarian burger.

Mysteriously remained full for an extended period.

Left with feelings of shame, and ick.

Hungry Jacks is one of my go to places in Australia for a quick and tasty bite. So, While driving for a delivery partner I had to collect an order from this particular store, the order wasn't ready on time, which is understood and okay. But while waiting for the order to be completed, I asked if could could order a burger for myself. But the person serving blatantly said " You cannot order while you are on the job". It was pretty rude of him to say the way he did and became aggressive, rude and started arguing when I said that I can order, it does not mean that I will have the burger first and then continue with my work. I would have never ordered if the pickup order was ready.
This store definitely needs to be reviewed.

I went this hungry jacks at 2: 46 on the 23rd january 2020, the service was so bad and the crew who was working was so rude. The girl name was amisha and another girl who was on drive thru. Very bad service i would never come to this hungry jacks again.
The worse part was the manager was watching from the back and not stepping up.

As I only ordered a frozen coke I have a limited review. One star for the cleanliness l store and lot. One star for the frozen coke being exactly as usual.
I removed two stars for the rudeness I felt I was treated with by the staff.
The three workers I could see were to busy talking amongst themselves to notice me standing there. Four minutes! Not cool considering I was the only one there. No thanks no communication other than can I take your order. Not even a here you go enjoy your meal.
Terrible service

Surprising 4 Melb City Fast Food Outlet. Courtesy, Helpfull, Cooperate Staff! High Standard of food! This Outlet, like Ballarat HGB's, give CFA Vols a Discount. Truely Appreciated.

Service in the front counter was 5 star. I just keep not liking the fact they do not use the basic mustard and ketchup on value burguers.

Why is it that every time I approach one of these joints an overwhelming feeling there is something suspiciously dirty about the joint.

Located ideally on Hoddle Street at the T-junction of Hoddle and Albert Street, this place is ideal for grabbing quick bites. But the place is not really well kept and the tables and toilets are very unhygienic. Stop only if you want to grab and go. Not a place to sit and eat.

We went and ordered 2 rebel whoppers with vegan cheese and mayo. One without tomato sauce and one without tomato. After we ordered they did not ask us what drink we wanted with the meal and gave us two cokes. Got home and opened the burgers to find that both of the burgers had tomatoes and tomato sauce. After this I could not trust that the cheese was vegan and I am lactose intolerant.

Terrible service when I asked for diet coke, he said he didn't have any. I asked if they had any other sugar free soft drinks and he just looked at me and shrugged.

Firstly, the cashiers didn’t know what customer service means. They were quite rude. Then, I asked for a Oreo storm which the price is 3.95 on the screen but I Paid 4.45, they said the price just went up today. Very bad thing.

Great and fast service! All the kids who works there are all working hard and try there best.what more can u ask for really!

Toilets ate absolutely gross.not cleaned properly in a long time. Bug zappers not worlong and rubbish bins overflowing Positive is staff are friendly and food good

The new vegan whopper hits my vegan craving spot. Not the best vegan burger on the market but sure has that hungry Jack's taste. I would say that take out is the best option so you can eat in the comfort of your house or car.

Yuckiest food ever i received today through drive. Stale.i ordered veg burger without tomato, still found tomato cos they have already prepared one siting there, God knows how long.wasted my money.i hope they return my money back.
Do not even deserve 1 star.

Not a fan of hungry Jack's. The food is not properly made. I'd rather KFC which is less processed; more meats & veggies that are made with more care. The customer service is absolutely top notch however. Chips go ok.which is about it.

Worst experience, there's better takeaways nereby, don't settle for this takeaway even tho the burgers are better at hungry Jack's, the burgers had been squashed, I've been there in this & last month, the workers are impatient, and don't complete an order and send you away beforehand and with this trip they gave us the wrong order, food is cold, the only reason I went back a second time is bc I forgot about the first time.

A meth head pushed in line and nearly attacked me while he was verbally belittling the trainee, meanwhile the drive thru was non-stop, yet the staff kept their cool. 5/5.
