Hungry Jack's

I had a half souvlaki but still wanted a bit more food so went to this store around 11: 20pm on 13th July 2023. I ordered a bacon deluxe meal according to the menu light box (regular or medium size price was advertised) at the drive through.
Usually the staff taking the order would ask what size meal but she didn’t and I didn’t realise.
When I got to the window she gave a large cup and I said to myself “large” she heard me and rudely replied “you didn’t say what size”.
I don’t mine paying a little extra and wasting what I couldn’t finish especially the drink as I never order a large but her bad attitude was I couldn’t get over.
If her attitude was normal and maybe reply “oh sorry I thought you wanted a large” then I wouldn’t bother writing this review.

Just went to drive through to try this biscotti storm that they are advertising everywhere at 7pm on a Sunday night.
And “they are cleaning the machine”.
Why would they be cleaning the machine during a peak service time!
Never again would I bother, went down the road to Maccas for sundaes instead…

Worst worst Hungry Jack's ever, uncooked chicken, confused staff. Waste of time and money. It's my 3rd consecutive bad experience, that's why putting a review. Never coming back here again.

Specifically requested that I wanted fresh chips and was happy to wait, still served cold and stale chips, had to ask again and then the issue was resolved easily.

Fresh and tasty. I highly recommend it's usually a hit and miss with HJs this place is really good. Fresh and nicely prepped burgers.

I love my hungry jacks. Thought I would give this store another try. NEVER AGAIN.
The chips where cold, the burger was soft & soggy & just warm.
Really disappointed.
The place Really needs a good clean the outside windows are disgusting.

Nice quick service and the burgers did not fall apart when you eat them. Not bad, just slightly over cooked my onion rings

Very bad customer service at night. Staff attitude was not good with customers. Never will come again here.it was Indian lady she was very rude.

It's fast food so not great, but the Rebel Whopper is delicious, and chips aren't bad. Service is reasonably quick. Few drunkards at night but not as bad as McDonald's

I was at the drive thru @6: 45 pm on Tuesday to collect my online order and asked the drive thru team member if I could get 2 extra lots of chips for which she denied and said there are 4 cars behind me. I asked her if I could drive around and collect it and strangely she denied that as well! Very rude behaviour, which has also been reported to the manager. Never going back

The Big Jack burger is a real winner.much tastier than the competition's Big Mac. However most of the staff here don't take the pandemic seriously. Yes, there are several signs at the counter notifying customers they MUST wear face masks, however the policy for staff must be different or not enforced. On my visit 2 weeks ago just one of the counter staff was wearing a fitted mask, the other below his nose - I assume he was a night Manager as he had just done the cash register summaries, two kitchen staff also had their masks on below their nose and the other wore his mask fitted. Most recently three kitchen staff were wearing their masks under their chin, a counter staff member fully fitted, the drive thru staff member below her nose. WTH? ! We all need to do our bit during these times - INCLUDING HUNGRY JACKS! Have some respect for the health advice, and for your customers, the latter of which keep your staff employed!

Their toilet is always under maintenance. Apparently, they lie and don't want customers to use it.

Didn't feel 100% safe. Quite a few people there so it wasn't long. The toilet is locked which tells you something. The staff were friendly and quickly cleaned up the place when some inconsiderate football fans left their needs behind. Stunners good as always.

Its true what they say the burgers r better at hungry jacks: love the whopper very fresh burgers nice clean place to relax and have a good feed

Has very bad experience with an asian looking guy staff who shouted on my husband in drive thru as when we asked him about if he can take order for thick shake. He should have suggested us politely. He was very rude.

The soft serve machine was broken, the frozen drinks were all not available except coke and I had to repeat my order three times to what looked like to me was a 13 year old girl on the counter. I've had much better experiences at this location, so choosing today to write this review would not be totally accurate and I know that the management team will be both fair and supportive during this critical period of change.

Went through the drive-thru Sunday 23/5/21, morning at 2: 30am, weren't even busy, took 10 minutes for us to recieve our order which was incorrect the first time, recieved a small meal when I ordered a medium, recieved no BBQ Plum sauce when I ordered BBQ Plum sauce, not only were they stealing money off me by giving me a smaller meal they were rude and gave no apologies. The place was disgusting and I felt sick accepting food from this particular restaurant. Pick up your game

Bad store bad Chinese manager could not understand the order and stuff it up and have to wait again not happy u better to review your manager and make sure he understands English

I called this hungry jacks location to ask about how to order off Uber eats! I then got told by what sounded like a male, “you can order online or you can give me your address and I will bring it to you”. This made myself feel uncomfortable as I then without being able to say something got hung up on.
