Had the super deal for lunch today, but was surprised to have Hash Brown in with the burger with hot small fires, cold drink & mini drumstick ice-cream that was very soft it was melting.
Overall 8/10 score from me!

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap with chilli sauce, chips + a drink. Very disappointing. Dry hard tough chicken. The amount of chicken was dismal. There was less than 1/4 of a breast in it. When I told the girls, they said it's the correct amount, you're only meant to have apx 1/2 a breast + it's just shoved down the end of the wrap. I begrudgingly accepted their explanation + tried to eat the remainder of it, which was basically full of limp lettuce, tomato + sauce. It physically hurt my throat to swallow the chicken. The chips however were delicious.

Pretty good food. Service can be slow but I like to assume that's because my burger is being flame grilled to perfection. Or maybe I'm being too optimistic.

I always get a good meal here but the sauce, people! They always forget my sauce. Other than that-really enjoyable!

This is a joke! So silly cant believe you mucked up a simple wopper jr meal and gave me hairy burgers, done with you people always late and and rude service especially on drive thru and front is worse

They forgot half my order after I had asked them if that was all of it, had to turn around half way home to get the rest.

It was ok, however quite a bit slower service than normal.along with the lady who served us was not exactly delivering service with a smile.

Absolutely shocking! Worst fast food on the Peninsula by a mile! The drive thru is insanely slow unless you are the only car in it and without fail they stuff up the order every single time but the food itself is the worst part! The grilled chicken burger is literally inedible.cold and like a piece of rubber and the onion rings always cold and rubbery too.you may as well throw your money in the bin as you drive through as otherwise it'll be the food you just wasted your $$ on! Never ever again!

Was not asked if eating in store the takeaway bag did not have any napkins staws or salt pepper store has really dropped since last there, waited quite a few minutes to get served and was the only in store purchasers at the time

To Be honest The food was good but the place it's self cold to eat. I think they had the night temperature

Customer service was terrible. We repeated our order twice because we could tell the young boy was hardly paying attention.
We had 2 items missing from our order and 1 meal was meant to be a large but was a regular. Not getting what you pay for is very annoying.
Whilst im at it, since when did onion rings become awful fried cardboard!? I miss the old ones.
Definitely will head to McDonalds next time.

Most disappointing visit, extremely inattentive staff, more intent on having fun, with no direction from management.
Store was filthy with large pools of water on the floor as though it had been hosed down.
Customers came in waited at the counter, then walked out afted no one attented them, and they went to KFC.

Way better than McDonalds, very little wait time. Great customer service, value for money. Not only are the burgers better.

This hungry jacks sucks. Crew members doesn’t have any knowledge about the vouchers. They don’t even care about the customers. Moreover the drive thru sucks.

Regularly stuff up ordering and ensuring all items are bagged, but food is good.
If they paid as much attention to the orders as their conversations being shouted through to the cooking staff, I'd probably have given 5 stars
