Drive-thru was long. I don't know why people complain about that. That clearly means and it's good stuff. Fresh food. My grandpa had a breaky burger. I had the chicken and chips. My brother had a burger and my mother had a salad it was wonderful. My brother had a birthday and I had a spite my grandfather had a coffee and my mum had a Pepsi Max. I really enjoyed it. Food was amazing. Was surprisingly clean. Everyone else said it wasn't in the reviews which I'm confused about. I live local in this area and I choose this over most of the other stuff. So yeah great five star amazing

We used the drive thru yesterday morning and ordered Turkish Egg and Bacon Brekky Rolls with Hash Browns and fries. We were asked to wait in the waiting bay and after over 13 minutes our food arrived, the fries were cold and limp! Whoever made the Turkish Brekky Rolls had splattered Barbecue sauce all over it including on the wrappers. It was a terrible experience and I tried calling the store to express my disappointment but no one even answered the phone. Tried a few times but to no avail. My worst experience in terms of what's meant to be fast food!

I have gone 4 times to get the new bubblegum shake and sundae, every time their ice cream machine has not been working! Why advertise a new product only not to be able to buy it?

A worker I believe is named Natasha was absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful completely disregarded me and my friends order and gave us the wrong order and refused to change it and was extremely offensive verbally towards us.

I ordered two sauces for my chips and it was not delivered. I'm bit disappointed because I spent 25 dollars just to have that spicy sauce worth 65 cents and I got none.

The French fries was extremely salty like someone drop the salt from container in to the chips accidentally. The burgers was cold, filing inside incomplete ingredients, Food poison - all night very strong pain in digestive system, thinking to call ambulance.

Had a order on drive thru in which I ordered veggie burger with chips in a meal. The burger wasn’t a veggie burger at all. We couldn’t eat it. I waited for 10
Minutes for a chai latte coffee but the taste was terrible. Not happy with their service.

Queue was slow. Burger stone cold and Jacks chicken burger was a deep fried pattie that didnt resemble chicken. Coke was flat. Girl serving was rude

Worker touched hair, touched mouth then held the top of the straw to a drink. 20 minutes to wait (noon drive through) is va disgrace. This has been going on for far too many months with this store. You are all a disgrace and have no idea how to run the outlet.

Whoever is posting 5 stars are obviously friends and family. Nothing but horriddd service and food. Avoid

Abrupt staff when ordering waited ages only 3 cars in line. No smile Thankyou or anything just handed a bag of food. So I told the young rude little s### try a smile or Thankyou with customers as we pay your wages, and of course no reaction. Got home and food was stone cold. Not wasting my money there ever again.

Terrible service. Store was understaffed, I saw 4 people serving a large que of cars, completing online orders and trying to get to customers in store, after 3pm during school holidays trade. Multiple customers walked out and cars reversed out of the drive thru. They needed twice the staff minimum. After waiting 20 minutes for my 4 drinks, I was informed they didn't have milk for my coffee's so I got a refund. I wasted all of that time for only half an order. The store manager needs to get organised.

Leaving this review while I sit stuck in the drive thru for the past 45 mins. No joke I've been stuck waiting. I hate this place

This place needs to retrain their staff, there was a huge line for the drive through, I waited in line about 30min till I got to the speaker, then 15min at the speaker and not one word from the staff.

No idea if they weren't taking orders anymore or just gave up, but we were all waiting in line like idiots.
At the 15min mark I gave up and drove through, there wasn't any cars waiting at the windows nor were there any staff at the windows.

So I just left, I hate wasting time especially when they didn't care enough tell us anything.

Fast and efficient, although they swapped a drink flavour without checking with me first, then explained the flavour I wanted is finished.

The young bleach bleach blonde boy on the drive through has little to no customer service skills

Not even worth the 1 star, drive through took over half an hour, with nil explanation! And order wasn’t even correct would not recommend
