The food was cold and awful and it took 30 mins to get our meals the tables were dirty and the staff were loud and put on very loud music totally deserves 1 star!

Came in to order lunch. There were two door dash drivers waiting and no one else. Server seen me but didn't say anything just kept working. Theu ere clearly understaffed or something g because it was shocking. As I was about to order a man walked in and stood in front of me and started ordering. The server didn't even stop to say that I was waiting first. I just walked out. Will never be going there. The manager on duty was clearly stressed and run off her feet.
Went to Mecca's instead and got my order within 5 minutes.

If I could give half a star I would.
This place is terrible for service, waited in the drive through for close on 10 mins and what we got was warm chips, and a cold hamburger.
For the money you pay for this stuff you would think they would be able to serve up hot food.
Give it a miss and save your money. Never going back!

Love it, but watch your meals when you go through Menulog, I have had cold meals and stuff not in the bag that I ordered.

Waiters don't care if you get your order or not. Once you order and they take your money, all bets are off.

We were given the wrong burger, when they gave us the correct one it was sitting in a pool of oil, the third burger was fine. And the lemonade we ordered was just soda water.

Whole burger was missing. Pickles not removed and was given onion rings I didn't order. Was online order so wasn't a case of mis communication. Carrum Downs HJ is the one to go to

Just cant seem to get our orders right.
It's happened a handful of times now, but last night was the first time I overpayed $10 for an order which was either not ours or one which was not recognised at all. I hope someone else enjoyed their upgrade to a family meal! At least the maccas near home was able to save the day.

Fine if you don't eat in! We beat the drive thru queue by going in and ordering!

Worst hungry Jack's in Australia got a chicken burger asked for another one still was very hard couldn't bite through it cold chips wrong straw would never go back to this hungry Jack's again in my life ID rather starve

If you don't mind getting the wrong order and waiting 20mins in the drive through pretty much every time.go here.
It's so frustrating this is the only HJ near us.
If there was another one this one would go out of business very quickly.

Asked person on window if there’s sweet and sour sauce. She said yes. There was no sauce. A tragic love story.

A place to avoid locally. Totally filthy and outdated site, worn fittings and dirt everwhere. This reflects in the staff attitude. Having arrived 20 minutes before closing, to be told the coffee machine was 'broken' when I wanted it with my order. When I asked, you mean your closing in 20 minutes and just can't be bothered. Got a 'yep' from the manager behind the kid serving.

They were busy as hell and had customer's children screaming over us and they still got our orders PERFECT!
Everything was hot, put together well and they catered to my vegan needs and replaced a kids meals beef patty for lettuce as i requested.
Staff were very friendly even with how loud, busy and stressful it must have been.

Waiting 15min at the front of the que while all staff handled Uber Eats orders. Finally acknowledged me after 15min, with no apologies and simply told me "Our system is down, we can't take any orders right now". THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT 15min ago and not make me wait! Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never go back.

Just got a large thick shake today. Not like hj milkshakes in the city? Does your machine need replacing. The worst l have ever had. Will not have again

I expected the store to be at least half respectable and clean. We had to use napkins and hand sanitiser to clean table & chairs. Not user friendly for wheelchair access and car park was disgusting

Young lass taking order needs more training and needs to listen to order
Lady giving the finished order, rude, un helpful and non caring, not respectful, I enjoy Hungry Jack's, but would consider not going to that one again
However chips fresh, crispy, but over salted being the only good thing from this visit
