Absolutely useless staff and management
8: 30 am, the only customer in the entire car park and i still get waiting bayed for 20 mins for 2 egg n bacon muffins

Went through the drive through and ordered the new crispy chicken burger with cheese and bacon. Only received the plain chicken burger. Which was not the greatest, bun burnt and chicken not that crispy

Always fresh and the burgers are always better at hungry jacks but I am not a fan of the new way they do chips. Why can't they completely change and do crinkle cut or something

I used to work here and can guarantee how clean the workplace is and just straight up burgers and chips and ice cream are better at hungry jacks

Ordered 2 burgers, one with chicken and another Veggie, but the size of the chicken burger was almost half as compared to the veggie burger even though it was a large meal.

Service was okay but the reason for less stars was I ordered one of their burgers however the bacon was hard and carboardy feel, didn't taste anything like bacon at all. I am discouraged to visit again

Saw the ad for the double whopper with onion rings. The ad shows a decent size burger with 3 onion rings and double beef. It was takeaway so didn't open it until got home and wasn't going to drive back. The burger had half an onion ring and only 1 beef patty and it had way too much sauce/ mayo on it. Totally false advertising.

Best ever all the burgers are better at l hungry jack's I don't like McDonald's I would only go here as I was homeless they help me with food and I did not ask them for the man at hungry jack's about 2 years ago was really nice in helping the homeless thank you guys for your help and thank you for the time I was at Mornington hungry jack's and the people who work there are really nice and if they see you doing it really hard I say they would help but I didn't ask they seen me homeless for years sorry for going on but I would only go to on hungry jack's and that's Mornington thank you again guys

Incorrect menu items. No cheese on a double whopper with cheese and no ice creams in the kids stunner meals.

It's fast food, so no surprises with the menu.however, the service was pretty quick even though it was quite busy. The seating area was nice and clean and appeared well maintained with bins emptied regularly, and the ablution block the same. The staff were a little frazzled and stand offish, coming across as a bit terse.

I ordered two kids meals and a meal for myself through Uber eats and after waiting nearly an hour we didn't receive the kids meals. Now I have two hungry complaining kids to deal with. Thanks Hungry Jacks! Never again!

Absolutely disgusting!
We ordered 2 meals and 2 sundaes through menu log approx an hour ago.
The 2 meals showed up almost cold but sundaes missing (Value $10) my partner called Hungy Jacks Mornington and was told by the rude girl that we should drive up to the restaurant to ask for "free" Sundaes.
No refund or delivery of what we ordered and paid for. Problem was taken up with menu log however the buck stops with the restaurant as they failed to send the right order and failed to provide a solution. They chose to partner with menulog but took no responsibility at all!
This is essentially theft. Never again!

The food was good. The store was filthy, food crumbs on the tables and greasy smears on every window. The store is so badly run down that they should either closer the store and completely renovate or just close permanently.

Dined in could see couple of cars in drive through waiting area so I guess not quick for drive through
Customisations were done properly
Coffee machine needed cleaning could feel a bit of unpleasant flavour in coffee however it was not bad you could drink it if unnoticed

Just a normal Hungry Jack however they are next to KFC and if they are busy its absolute chaos, the KFC drive in que blocks the Hungry Jacks que the the Hungry jacks drive through is just as bad.

Other than this layout issue not really much else to say.

This was the second time I have used menulog with Hungry Jacks and both times my order arrived with items missing. But this time my food was stone cold and the store is not even 2kms away from my house. When I called the store they didn't even apologise and the only way to get the food that was missing was to put another order through. I had to pay again and then wait 4 days for a refund. Due to this my family had to eat at different times. Absolutely disgraceful.

Some burgers are good. I haven't tied many. Im not a fan of the chips. Nothing wrong with them just not my type. Shakes, ice cream good. Service is where they let you down. Takes forever to get through in drive thru once you order

At the moment their Ice cream machine is not working, & they don't provide newspapers for customers to read. In fact, I'm sorry to say, it's the worst Hungry Jacks I believe I have ever visited. I come to this area once every couple of months or so, & will call in again soon, hopefully things will be a bit better then, & if so, I will of course update this rating & review accordingly. If the Franchise Owner/Operator reads this, I hope that they take this review seriously, & make the improvements needed. Thank you.

20mins sitting in the drive through with no service. So much for fast food.
Edit: I actually ended up with pretty bad sunburn on one arm.

The worst customer service ever!
Completely failed to give what we ordered, we ordered super stunners meals and grilled chicken wrap with no tamato in it, where we didn’t get our extra sauce, we didn’t get our drumsticks and a wrap with tamato and fries where too salty.complete sick!
