I have had a wonderful experience with homebuyers so far. From first visiting the Grove22 display home, and meeting my helpful and friendly consultant. Everything has been a easy so far from choosing colors to going through contracts. The staff have been ever so helpful. Everyone has communicated very well and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Can’t wait for my build!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff from Home Buyers Centre that I have dealt with. So much so that I have decided to trust them with my first home build. The knowledge, professionalism and assistance they provided was brilliant. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with both Ricky and Mariam. They both made me feel comfortable in making some big decisions. I would have no issues in recommending Home Buyers Centre to anyone else building a home.

Bethany Morrell has been a fantastic support during the selection process and has been extremely professional and helpful with every question i have had. It makes the process a lot simpler with friendly staff.

Building with Homebuyers Centre is an amazing experience. Right from the beginning of selecting plans, designs everything was very easy and transparent. Bethany our prestart consultant was good and easy to work with right from colour selection till now and she has been following up with updates and next steps every now and then. Any questions were
answered swifty and clearly by Bethany and team. Really happy so far. Great builder with good designs and transparent policies.

Just had our color selection today. Kim made everything so easy and made sure we understood everything. The team at HBC are so amazing in making you feel stress free and knowing they are always there to help. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks so much, we can't wait for the building to start:)

Our experience so far with Homebuyers Centre has been great. Bethany Morrell is fantastic and has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to our ongoing experience once our build commences.

FHB and couldn’t be happier. Ian at the Cylde centre has walked us through every step and has been extremely open about the process including comparing quotes for us. Answered all questions honestly and nothing misleading as what were told was the final price.

Working with Homebuyers Centre for my first house has been great. They have supported me through each step of the way and are always in regular contact to keep me up dated on the process. The process of selected colours and upgrades was made simple with my prestart consultant Bethany who was very knowledgeable and was able to provide realistic advice and support. I have always felt comfortable asking a range of questions and it has been nice and easy to work with.

My partner and I are building with homebuyers and have just moved onto the construction phase. Our preconstruction consultant Bethany has been fantastic. We had a long delay in our land being ready (not HBC fault) and they allowed us to come in and change things after we had already chosen colors, extras etc. Bethany stayed in contact with us throughout the process and was always friendly and answered all of our questions in detail. Would reccomend to anybody.

Ian Ballas was amazing to deal with. Not pushy and very helpful at all times. Everything with Homebuyers was simple and nothing was ever too hard including changing plans of the house around, no hidden costs and good communication no matter what time of the day! Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first build and we had no idea what we were doing. Andrew sat us down and explained the entire process to us and was very patient (even after realizing we were nowhere near ready to build).

We did our PreStart Appointment with Bethany and we could not have been happier she was patient and relaxed which helped as I was quite anxious about picking the wrong colours!

As our title has been pushed back quite frequently Bethany has consistently been in contact with us to ensure we know exactly where Homebuyers is at with our build.

I cannot thank Bethany and Homebuyers enough for the easy pre-construction process and look forward to our house commencing in 2019.

From the point of our selection, the team spent lots of time and made meetings available at hours that suited us. We were able to commit to a home that was well within our budget, and we’re excited for the build to start - just got the final plans!
